Great quality and reasonable prices
The print price Is reasonable, the pictures are great, shipping was quick. Loved everything!
I ordered 5 5x7 prints. One image (2 copies) was blurry, which I was unable to notice in the original photo. Unable to use as gifts, as intended.
I just think it’s absurd how expensive pictures are, even just to download them. I paid almost $20 for a single print of 1 picture, a 5x7. Seems just like one extra way to university squeezes money from its students.
The pictures were blurry they had to be re-touched up, which I thought would be fine but when we got the final pictures in the mail, you can’t even see Lake Erie on the diploma. Everything is out of focus. Such a disappointment!

Bundle packages could improve like how it was in the old days, that should be relevant, and including the prices to me are way too high, especially for the downloaded images...
What I had ordered was the plaque version - I'm happy with it.

I have dealt with digital photography before, even was given the disc so I could print off as many as I would like. Your prices are high in comparison. I paid roughly 100 for 3 photos. The only reason I did was the ceremony was so chaotic I could not take my own. Images were excellent.
Digital photos are stupidly expensive. We aren’t even told we’re taking pictures, they’re taken OF us, and then you want to charge that much? Please be real.

Picture not same as proof. Then sent another. Still not same as proof. Then told they can’t do a picture the same as proof in 5x7 size. Which doesn’t even make sense for a vertical picture. Very unhappy
