Actually send the pictures before the 72 business hours. That is 9 days. It should not be overdue nor take 9 days. You have sent us the digital proofs when you solicitated us to buy the pictures. You should be much quicker to get the 6 digital photos to the people who paid $150 for 6 digital pictures. While the photos were good and we were happy with them, it was way too much time to get them.
The quality of the magnets is very poor.

The insane and price of ordering pictures made me not want to purchase but I wanted those memories so I had to. I think it is crazy to expect college grads to be paying these prices for pictures. I also hardly had time i prepare for my headshot so it isn’t how I wanted it to be. Pictures should be done the hour before the ceremony since we were just standing around waiting
