Did not get the pictures I paid for and no idea how to follow up or find out what happened
The product looks amazing! the service was great!
Whoever cut the photos did a poor job cutting them. Part of the photo was cut off. Also part of the cap at the top was cut off.
My pictures were horrible, My eyes were closed in almost every picture. The set up was a mess and completely disorganized. Ceremony was extremely too long the graduations need to be separated.
I only had two photos, you just cropped one of them and made it the “3rd” so it was super expensive for two photos.
Everything was delivered on time perfectly. I really appreciate the effort you put into making every photo momentous. Thank you!

I ordered an 8×10 graduation portrait and the picture wasn't centered correctly. The picture was enlarged in which it chopped off the top of my cap.

The pictures look really great and I love the magnets. I should have ordered more magnets apparently. Those were a big hit!

I don't like the picture qualities,
I wish my picture didn’t have to be cropped that my cap was cut off but there was not option to adjust the photo to my liking. If there is a way to adjust frame to include my entire cap and cut off the lower portion of the photo with the degree out of frame is fine.
The products are very nice. the services are easy to follow I was able to order my photos and the arrived pretty quickly.
The price was ridiculously high for the pictures and honestly, the pictures were not all that great.
I loved that pictures from 2 years ago were included. I graduated from gas and state community college two years ago and I was uncertain how to find pictures from my graduation and I was lucky to come across your website to find my graduation pictures.
