The service is fast and technologically advanced to help facilitate rapid and efficient response returns. Ordering was a breeze, and the turnaround time was quick.
Super easy and felt the pricing was reasonable.
My picture were not as clear in person as they appeared to be online. Also wher taken the photos there was no way to remove background people to purchase photos. Everyone of my photos looked like I needed to pay more for them to look professional. Next year for my masters I will not be purchasing photos from this company I will get them done beforehand. I’m very unhappy with my over $100.00 dollars purchase!
Ease of ordering. Fast service. Good quality.
The price for one digital photo copy is just ridiculous. If it wasn't for the grad wanting one (two really) I would NOT have bought anything. Also, from the selection of photos, there was another student right in the front smiling while my grad was in the background. There were two to three pictures like that. Lower the price of digital photos, especially if no cropping or added info on the picture is needed.
Picture quality and speed of delivery
Great quality pictures and received very quickly
No option to purchase single download of photo.
Quick turnaround and good quality.
Quality photos! You captured the smiles and handshakes of grads very well. No blurry or "looking away" pics.
Great pictures and great communication
Snap more pictures so there are more options if someone has a weird look on their face
I liked the people that worked for graduation, I just wasn't paying that price
Wildly expensive and one of my photos that I purchased was totally blurry, which I couldn't tell from the distorted thumbnail. Stop charging so much--it's ridiculous.
I am incredibly disappointed and frankly disgusted by the exploitative pricing model your company employs. Charging $60 for a single PNG image—and nearly $200 for a handful—is a blatant cash grab, especially considering the audience you’re targeting: graduating students and their families during one of the most meaningful moments of their lives. You leverage the fact that students don’t have access to professional cameras, controlled environments, or the ability to be front and center during the ceremony, and then use that exclusivity to price-gouge at an absurd and unjustifiable level.
What should be a celebration of years of hard work and achievement is turned into a moment of frustration and resentment. Instead of feeling proud and honored, I feel used. You know full well that most families will pay whatever they can to have those memories preserved—and you exploit that vulnerability. It’s not just disappointing; it’s predatory. The service itself wasn’t extraordinary—it was the monopoly you had on capturing that moment that made it feel necessary, and you exploited it shamelessly.
If you truly care about feedback and want to make things right, start by reassessing your pricing structure to reflect fairness and accessibility. These are memories, not luxury goods. Your current model reeks of opportunism, not celebration. I expected to remember my graduation with joy; instead, I remember the bitter feeling of being taken advantage of.
Quality products
I really appreciate the multiple prompts to order photographs. Our previous experience, when our older son graduated from college, was not great, because the company only gave one opportunity to purchase photos. We somehow completely missed out on ordering, and an attempt to follow up later was unsuccessful. With your company, there is no way we could have missed ordering photos for our youngest son's graduation.
The photographers round light is shining so bright in my husbands glasses. She did not adjust or tell him to take them off. It kind of ruins the pic. I ordered a hard copy as well. Disappointed.
The packaging that the prints are mailed in is not sturdy enough to protect the photos from being damaged during shipping. It is literally a paper envelope. Photos mailed from places like Walgreens and Shutterfly use a cardboard packaging that gives better protection. I also feel like the “best pricing” advertisement in the initial emails is false because a 25% coupon for Father’s Day was the best pricing offered.
Appreciate the up close & high quality pictures that I wasn’t able to get during ceremony.
Thanks for your services!
To ask brand new graduates to pay upwards of $300+ for TEN photos should be against the law. My dad was able to give me my diploma and because of this, these are the ONLY photos I was able to get of him and I. Of course, I am going to buy them as this is the only time in my entire life that this will happen and that I will get photos of this event but trust me when I tell you that I was so hysterically angry whenever I had to pay $120 for SIX pictures? What on gods green earth do we think we are achieving by making already poor college students pay even more for the photos of THEIR achievements?
Extremely overpriced and pictures are not the best quality. Incorrect poses, bad light setup and incorrect exposures.
Great experience day of but waaaaaay too many emails afterwards
The navigation was not user friendly.
I ended up ordering photos I didn't want.
Thank you.
I feel that everything was running very well. Thanks
Wish we were told where to look/where the cameras were on stage so we could be looking at the camera. They was only one picture taken while getting handed our diploma. They happened to take it as I was talking and didn’t think to take another more flattering photo. When we take our picture at the end with our diploma they should tell us how to hold our diploma’s because everyone’s hands look awkward. I can’t retake pictures so they isn’t much that can be done to make things right.
The photo collage I ordered is not what I expected. I thought it was a matted frame with a gold engraved plate, but it is cheap looking like a poster print. Poor quality.

The photos were great but it could be better. I like them.
