Good quality, nice images well done overall!
Perhaps it was my device...I loved the option to mark photos as favorites as we were narrowing down our choices. However, we were unable to remove items from the favorites list and ended up resorting to pen and paper and starting over on a different device. It was frustrating. I also expected the prices to be not so expensive since many of the shots were candids or quick group shots.
Pictures. It would’ve been nice to have full resolution pictures instead of lower resolution ones.
Better packaging. Photos were not bent but were wrinkled when they arrived.

The photos were very nice but your prices are exorbitant. It's really ridiculous to charge $100 for 3 digital downloads.
I was not happy with one of my graduation photo and the customer service lady was very helpful and understanding. They did another photo and I a very happy with the picture!
The only thing I was a little displeased with was that my hassle blended with my hair in my posed photo after I walked across the stage. Pictures were also rather expensive. Otherwise everything was phenomenal.

Photos are good quality but way too expensive
I feel that there were not many photos to choose from and for the amount I paid for my printed out photos I was very disappointed with the quality of the frame and setup. We pay so much for school that it is ridiculous to have to pay so much more for our graduation photos and then have the quality of the products be so poor.
The AI face recognition process is a bit lacking. I know I had several photos taken with Cowboy Joe that didn’t get sent as options for purchase.

The prices for the photos are much higher.
On the diploma book, there is a shiny reflection so it’s hard to read the university name. It was disappointing. I purchased the picture anyhow because I had no other option. If it wasn’t such a big life event (especially since his high school graduation was cancelled due to COVID), I wouldn’t have bought it. Other than refunding money, there is no way to make things right. The chance to get a clear readable picture has been missed.

Ridiculously expensive
When I received one of the photos I ordered, my feet were cropped out, even though they were in the original. This was very disappointing because it was the only picture to show my shoes.
The easy way to make it right would be to send me a copy of the picture cropped the way I cropped it, with my shoes showing.

The 8x10 photos seem really dark
As new graduates with loans and no money, your photos are not just expensive but not affordable to anyone. The quality of the photos as well are not worth the money. In a standard photo my teeth look almost greenish and the photos are blurry. I really think taking photos of graduates who have worked very hard for their degree and spent a ton of time and money to get there the least we could get is a nice photo of ourselves earning our degree and get photos for our families without having to take out an additional loan for it.
