Fast shipping
The price… I wanted to purchase all the pictures that were taken.
Good quality and positioning for the photos. I appreciated that an announcement was made at the ceremony letting everyone know photos would be available.
A picture was blurry
I know it's impossible to get the right shot for hundreds of grads, but I have to say I was a little disappointed with the angle/shot of my grad receiving his diploma.

The billfolds we ordered for a foil and I thought they were just going to be standard and then we ordered a couple five by sevens and one of the five by sevens came with a Big Blob on the print. At first I thought maybe it had gotten wet or something but it looks like just a defect in the print. And that was the photo with the group of friends
My pictures
The pictures that were shipped were in a non waterproof envelope and it rained and completely soaked my pictures as we came back vacation. The photos were left on my doorstep and I collected them two days later but there was storm. After paying so much money for the pictures it’s extremely disappointing to see this.

I think the prices were overrated. I did not like my 2nd frame. Why dont they send us the soft copies since we have paid and gotten frames and pack for future use. I dont think it is a fair deal . I won't be able to advice future graduate to sign up for it.
The pictures were beyond horrid
I order a picture and a frame that had a space to display the tassel. I was very disappointed about the product. The quality of the print was poor and the tassel does not fit into the frame since the width of the it is very thin; clearly not well designed to its purpose. I am not able to place the back cover due to this issue, therefore, I will have to pay a local frame shop to work on it. Overall, low quality and bad design.
I was surprised to see photos that I was so pleased with (especially when my son told me how quickly they took place.) I recv'd them promptly and it was also easy to access, peruse and order - which is so helpful.
