We never received the photo…only the frame

The photo is curled on each side in the frame. I don't know if it just was not secured or fully damaged yet.

Thank you for capturing such a special moment. While I appreciate the effort to document this important occasion, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the final photos. Given the high price point, I expected significantly better image quality, along with basic editing and retouching as part of the service. Unfortunately, the photos appear grainy and lack the level of clarity and polish one would reasonably anticipate for such a premium cost.
I hope you’ll consider adjusting your post-production standards or pricing in the future, as this experience did not meet expectations.

You sent me the wrong picture. Then you sent the correct picture but the frame was shattered and useless. I have given up trying to get anything from your company as the quality is absolutely terrible.
I am unhappy with my order. I ordered three photos - one with my son and his diploma (8x10) was supposed to get two of these - and the other 4 x 6 of him shaking hands. I also asked for retouching of the larger photo -- his tassel is two different colors (blue at the top (correct) and gray at the bottom (incorrect). Instead of what i ordered, I got ONE 8 x 10 not retouched and two of the handshake, which looks like it has been retouched. How can I get this order corrected? Please take the time to have people remove their glasses! The glare on the glasses looked bad and had to be removed.
The products I ordered were of terrible quality. I ordered 2 refrigerator magnets and two coffee mugs and the photo quality is terrible. I’d like my money back or at least a redo.
My son had awkward look on his face as if he was opening his mouth to say something. Please take a couple of seconds to make sure you have gotten a decent shot if you want people to order.
