No one replied to my email. The person I spoke to was very pleasant, but she also never called me back regarding my issue

I would've liked more options for the background of the photos.

I would have liked more reasonable options. I don’t remember now. I just remember there’s only really one choice that worked and that was fine, but I just wish I had more knowledge about what these pictures were going to portray before graduation and and then after more flexibility with what was bought. I’m glad you exist and it’s not a bad review. It’s just a review that says your service is OK. It did what it was supposed to do.

Most of my photos were blurry and mistimed. I was able to use only 2 different images that were taken

I didn’t receive my plaque I ordered

I paid for the glasses retoucheng (glare/fog removal). It doesn't look bad, it just looks weird. It's still better than the original I guess. I'm just happy I only ordered 2 8x10s instead of a whole package.

The qualifying is amazing and the products came fast.

Use of the black curtain as the backdrop would have been better than the crowd. The main reason I didn’t purchase more pictures is because of that. I have seen other graduations from this company and they are so much better. They also had the option to change their background. Although this is a Community College, we as graduates deserve the same opportunity as everyone graduating from a University. For the price of the pictures, they could have been much much better. Even taking a picture at Walgreens you have a plain background. Not sure if it is the company or the schools choice, but my special day was not captured properly.

It is entirely to expensive, the only reason I was able to even get the pictures was because my parents offered to pay. This is the biggest day of a lot of people's lives and most graduate with no money and no job. You could at least make it affordable. Even your digital copies are super unaffordable. Those are usually the ones that are cheap enough for me to get

Photos were packaged inadequately they had rolled corners. You need to improve your packaging with stiffer backing.

My pictures were delivered and stuffed in envelope without protection from the massive rains we have experienced. I laid them out to dry and hopefully they will be presentable.

For the price I paid for the photos the quality was horrible. The ndsu logo is not centered and the quality of the print is poor. Just a lot of money for this and I expected better
