Everyone was so friendly and my pictures were fantastic
The pictures were more expensive than I thought for 6 pictures. I have a large family and did not have enough pictures to provide to everyone that I wanted to give a picture to. Lowering the prices for pictures is what can be done to make things right and more people will order more pictures.

She was not standing properly and caulked off to the side, so when you take the pictures of them by themselves make sure they are properly standing.

I received the wrong photos. The portrait picture was good but the other ones were of another student. They were of the student ahead of me. This tells me that there was a lack of organization.
I ordered photos with retouching. The retouching was not done well so I requested the photos with no retouching. I received an email saying I would receive the original photos without the retouching but never did. I followed up with no response.
Th staff assistance was really kind and considerate.

You didn't necessarily disappoint, but nothing really stood out as so impressive that I would feel the need to recommend this company over any other photographer. I would also say the cost was at such a premium that I would probably recommend people shop elsewhere for more reasonable prices.

Did not like either of the 2 pictures that were taken. Sine in one picture had my eyes closed and the other got me mixed up with someone else.
I Never got the email for buying the photos. Didn’t realize everybody else had gotten it already until I asked one of my buddies if they had gotten theirs
The pictures were lovely, however the price is a bit much. I would definitely give feedback to others because the picture came out beautifully. But I will also let them know the price too. Some of the prices need to be lowered.

Pictures were very good
Most of my photos were blurry. Ordered them anyways hoping downloaded versions wouldn’t be blurry but they were. HUGE disappointment not to have the posed photos for one of the most important days of my life. Not sure if any editing can be done to fix them or if I can be refunded. Should never have happened with a professional photography company!
Never again. I paid $65 for 1 photo download that I never even got!!!!!!! Truly disappointing
Can't give a "10" until I see the results of the pictures from the day of the graduation. So far very impressed!
Not really or completely disappointment but I wish it was more selection of the pictures and also a little expensive. I know it's work involved but I wish instead of the repetition it was a variety of them. Also the face looks with darken spots in the beard area. You can compared few of them look clean shave which that was the look , another look like it was messy and dirty face. Check them out and you will see exactly what I'm talking about. I feel like they could it be better.
