Prices are quite high
Photo was fine but the print was bad, I received a shiny iridescent print that looked like it was printed on a home printer. I used to be a photographer and never sent out something that bad of quality. Matte paper!!! Not shiny ugly. Come on people do better.
I liked the photographer, he was very nice and took great photos. I also like that there were multiple days and times to choose from.

Good photos, easy to use
Pictures were terrible, the handshake one wasn't anywhere near where the handshake happened, and the cost is insane. The preview pictures were tiny and I ended up ordering anyway but the quality of the actual pictures were horrible. I almost wished I had paid for retouching but there's no way those pictures could've been made better.

I am not happy with the finish on the photos. They look very unnatural and plastic in appearance.
Having all sizes of graduation gowns available for pictures. My son had to borrow a gown from the bookstore. The gown was a little small and it showed in some of his pictures. Also the picture taking process was a little disorganized. Better instructions would be appreciated.
The images taken we're not flattering. My eyes were closed in the photo capture of me walking off the stage.

I don't get the pricing, honestly.
The personalization process on pictures could be more streamlined. Without a preview I ended up with words on the picture that I didn't want.
Please submit correct imagery to student. Also, due to the watermark the pictures look different from when they are printed- specifically for images with multiple students. However, they provide a speedy response when items need to be corrected.
The ability to get the close up pictures I wasn’t able to take.

Easy to do
The photos were nicely done and you delivered them promptly!! We do not live in MO,but our daughter does and she had forgot to tell me she had sent me her college photos app.last May when she graduated. I found the app.this March and I was still able to purchase Graduation pictures of our daughter,which was so great !! They are very professionally done and it was very easy to order them and we received them very promptly!! Thank you very much!! Name removed
