I didn’t receive the photos of my mentor physically coating me where everyone else did. Mine were skipped over. This was the biggest disappointment. I also found that paying $100+ for 3 unedited digital photos was not reasonable either.

I ordered an 8x10 and there’s a big halo on the top middle of the photo. I can’t even display it, it’s so silly-looking.

The pictures did not come out good. The angle the photos were taken from was not flattering and after my hat was placed on me there was hair in my face… the process was sloppy and rushed.

For the price of a 5x7 photo they could put some effort and quality into the shipping . Flimsy piece of heavy paper/attempt to be cardboard as protection. Mine came bent up and destroyed. I'll pass on my next graduate coming through.
I got only one photo and I ordered four
The cost is super expensive. You are taking advantage of people's emotions and our desire to save this moment
Only one of the photos purchased was in focus, which when purchasing you could not tell online. So after spending over 300 dollars for photos half of the ones are unusable. The pocket photos were also not cut out, we had to do that ourselves. Again, spending that much money and not having everything done and cut cleanly for you is a rip off.
There were missing photos that were had ordered. I need to call and have those photos sent out.

Difficult to see the proof because of the writing all over it. Also very high prices.
Prices are too high. $60 for a digital photo is ridiculous and if you order physical photos you don’t even get a cardboard holder without paying extra.
Everything was great except for an extra overlay symbol that I did not realize it was there in my preview due to the proof wording covering it up. So now I am stuck with this the rest of my life...
