Didn’t take long to receive photos. The pictures look good
It was nice to be offered a discount on pics but to have to make a snap decision isn’t fair. I am a college graduate with a family and a job-means I am broke. You didn’t give notice that my pics shipped out to me. Your website is archaic and needs updated. Your proof of purchase email came through as a dot matrix email - old school. No tracking information provided. I expect better. I expect Univ of Northern Colorado to expect better too!
You need to have better packages as most people do not order 8x10's anymore. We had to just purchase the digital download and then go elsewhere to print graduation announcements.

It was supposed to take more than one picture of the individual graduate. In my individual picture, my eyes were closed, and I could not order it.
Three out of the four photos I ordered were blurry/not in focus
Simple pictures that are extremely expensive. Not worth the exorbitant price. I'll pass next time.

The photos weren’t very sharp; there was significant noise in the quality of the photos.
The photo I ordered looked fine on the preview, but it’s completely blurry as a print.

Photos were blurry and not clear at all. Not many options to choose from. Truly disappointing as this was my daughter’s college graduation and I didn’t take pics of her on stage as I trusted it would be professionally captured. And it was not.

I have not received my picture from the graduation ceremony nor an update on when I will receive it. It would be better if there was more communication about when those pictures will be issued.
Decent selection of pictures, good quality, excellent long term access. didn't understand what a lot of the extra options were; couldn't understand the optional extras, no instructions for using the online modification options, and couldn't see the picture quality with all the protective markings in the way.
Also, never received CD with digital copies of images we paid for. GRRR!!!
