You were able to get the graduation picture I could not...the handshake and diploma hand off. I also like that even though I waited 6 months, I could still purchase the pictures

Well primarily selling decent photos would be a great start. Also answering a customer's request for a refund would be another great start.

Your products are obscenely expensive. The digital photo was sent as a jpeg. Why would you make me pay that much for a digital photo and not send the RAW or at least something better than jpeg!?

I didn’t get to see any of the photos with my classmates taken with the professors. Would have liked to have seen one at least.

Cost for a digital image is very high. While I understand that the $50 cost is likely all I will ever order, I only ordered one image of the day because of this high cost.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I have emailed The Grad Team multiple times to fix my issue with my picture. I asked for the logo and lettering to be removed since they were off- center. Instead of removing them the rep zoomed in and cropped it out. Now my face looks huge and I didn't want that at all. I have emailed for months. This still isn't resolved. I called the office and they couldn't help either because they didn't have access to college pictures. Worst experience ever!

The picture quality on one of my pictures is terrible. It is blurry. I ordered 2 - 5x7 photos and one of them is very blurry and poor quality. Either you do not check your prints before mailing them out or just do poor quality prints. Either way, I paid way too much for a blurry picture.
