Everything was beautiful and memorable. Friday night alumni celebration at the Superdome was fun and family friendly. I loved the band at the graduation and the location. My graduation was definitely a 10/10.
The editing/use of green screen was poor. You could take more care in editing the outline of my hair. I’d like for it to look a lot cleaner.
The pictures were okay, but the prices were unbelievable.
I never got my digital pictures. It got charged for them. Will not recommend this company.

The price for the photos, especially if you select any sort of retouching, is absurd. Even though there was no one behind me, the photographers seemed rushed.
The website navigation is a little clunky. The photo I received seems to have less contrast than the image presented on the site, so the writing on the diploma isn't legible. Ordering photos was easy and they arrived promptly.
Firstly, thank you for sending this feedback form. Please, this team needs to do better. My photographs came out with my cap bleeding into the green screen and this is why it took me so long to decide upon making a purchase. This was only because I was feeling sentimental. Graduations are supposed to mean more and these photographs just look like you wanted a cheque. Barely evokes any emotions. The backgrounds mean very little. I think the team needs more innovative members with better baseline retouching skills. I refuse to pay extra for a mistake that your green screen makes. The fact there isn't due diligence to pick up on obvious errors also makes this business low on my list.
