One of the digital images I purchased was blurry, but I couldn’t tell it was blurry before I purchased because of the heavy watermark that was on the preview picture. I’ve requested either an edited image or a new image in exchange for the one I’ve already paid for. Someone said they would have it edited but I haven’t heard anything more since.
I was not impressed with quality of my photos. Keep in mind I can't see my crooked cap or messy hair, but the photographer can. The process is too rushed and the photos I received reflect that. I supposed if I paid more for retouching...

I almost forgot to order my photos, thanks for some reminder emails, I quickly ordered by photos and frame. They arrived on time and looking great.

The photos were great, and I know that’s how y’all make the money since there is no sitting fee but $50 for one photo is a lot and I could only afford one even though there were others that I liked. I wouldn’t recommend because I would have been better off and willing to pay more if I were able to receive more or all of the photos. While the photos are non obligatory to purchase, I think it would be better to charge a small sitting fee so that those who are serious about taking pictures aren’t paying for those who are just doing it because its free and/or don’t even show up. Besides that I loved the photos, just wished I were able to purchase more.

Hello! I am really disappointed with my order Order #VGPhone number removed7 It was paid on 04/11/2023 and I have only received the free picture. I have been in contact with Teisha Clark Email address removed and she’s been telling me that the address is incorrect but how come the free picture arrived with no trouble? Seems to me that the ones that I paid are the ones with problem. Today is May 6 and I still waiting for my order . Thank you for the opportunity to express myself.

I was not satisfied with the final pictures. The proofs looked okay online, but the product delivered had flaws. My daughters face looked very shiny/greasy and it looks like white smudges around her mouth. I spent a lot of money on these images to capture a momentous occasion, and I am very disappointed.
I am very upset with my graduation click. The photographer clicked only one style of my pic and one with the dean and that one was also not in a correct frame. This was my life’s unforgettable moment and I just received two pics which were not in a correct frame. Also the prices are too high which I was not affording it. Sorry I would not recommend it to any of my friends. This is the first time I am giving such a negative remark.
I walked last year, and I regrated it months down the road. They send me an email this year saying they stilled had my photos and I finally placed my order, I was very pleased.
I would say that the grad pictures should be done before the ceremony so we can look our best rather than rushed.
Photos need to be sent in a better envelope. Although it says DO NOT BEND the mail carrier put it in my mailbox and it was curved when I got it. If they were a stiffer cardboard, they would protect the photos better.
However, I do LOVE the photo. Thank you so much!!
