The pictures turned out great
The picture arrived in a timely manner and looked perfect!
My photos arrived darker than they appeared when I selected them for print. I did not expect that. I would like brighter printed photos.
Also, I have not received all the photos that I ordered and paid for. My delivered package is missing the 4 2x3 magnets from my order. I would like to have these mailed to me as I have already paid for them. Thank you
I loved the pictures that were taken at my son's graduation. Especially the ones of him being handed his diploma. We were so far away, it was nice to get a clear picture of such a special moment. It was also nice that he had the option to have his picture taken with friends, and also outside with family. We got some really nice photos that we will keep forever.
The pictures have a reddish color to them. I paid to have some pictures fixed to look better and they look just like the regular pictures.
The prices are extremely high. You guys are taking advantage of the situation.
The picture of my granddaughters graduation for her Masters was beautiful. I got the pictures very quickly. They were perfect
7 out of 10 images purchased were blurry and nothing was done to respond to my request for a discount. Def would not recommend to anyone! I would tell them my bad experience and that no solution was offered to me as a customer.

The coloring on the photos wasn’t great and the way the photos were cropped didn’t look the best. I’m disappointed that I paid for that quality.
The pictures cut off some of our group. I tried to reorder but the same thing happened. Also the web site was not at all user friendly to use and order from. Also there weren’t many choices of sizes of pictures.

Website easily navigated. Prices were reasonable. Time of delivery was better than expected. Quality of photos was excellent.

In 2 of the 4 pictures of my child graduating from college, her eyes were closed in both pictures taken of her receiving her diploma. Disappointed

I never received the photos I ordered. I tried to call the 1-800 number to talk to someone and no one ever answered. I paid $45 for three photos I never received. This company price gouges people for photographs. I am recommending that the university not use this company again. I would like a representative get in contact with me for a refund or to send the photographs I ordered.
