Photos were blurry and not clear at all. Not many options to choose from. Truly disappointing as this was my daughter’s college graduation and I didn’t take pics of her on stage as I trusted it would be professionally captured. And it was not.

I have not received my picture from the graduation ceremony nor an update on when I will receive it. It would be better if there was more communication about when those pictures will be issued.
Decent selection of pictures, good quality, excellent long term access. didn't understand what a lot of the extra options were; couldn't understand the optional extras, no instructions for using the online modification options, and couldn't see the picture quality with all the protective markings in the way.
Also, never received CD with digital copies of images we paid for. GRRR!!!
I reached out because a photo from graduation was grainy and terrible quality. I got an email saying quality team would review... never heard back. Terrible service and I felt like no-one cared about my concern. At least my first graduation photo was good quality (and from a different company).
The prices are expensive and the picture I ordered came out dark. I wasn't the same as I saw through the sample pictures.
The picture for Robin Last name removed getting her hood was not her. There were 3 pictures of her and 1 picture of someone else. We still do not have the picture of her hooding.
I was pleased with the photographs. One of the photos got bent in transit, and the company replaced it. Thank you!

I did not get one of the pictures I ordered. I sent an email to the help desk about it but did not receive any follow up or response.
The cost of the photos was a bit high. Also, one the photos taken was a bit blurry.
not enough time to pose, some people’s eyes were closed, i hardly smiled. this is a special day for many people and a good picture would be great.
High quality photos that were delivered very fast!
The pictures were great. Although the packaging and shipping could have been better. They were simply in a paper envelope with 1 thin piece of cardboard. The envelope was curled and stuck into my mailbox instead of put at my door even though the envelope said "do not bend". It also rained that day and the envelope had gotten damp. For what I paid for these pictures I would have expected better packaging, shipping, and handling.
My pictures were printed out too dark (even though the proof I was shown was fine) and came out very low quality overall. I opened a ticket and was told in order to get a refund I will need to return the product at my own expense. I already paid for shipping the product once, it is unreasonable to expect a customer to pay return shipping when you did not provide a quality product. I will not purchase from this company again and have advised other classmates of the same. Incredibly disappointed in this experience and I feel I was ripped off.
Ordering was super easy and the quality was perfect!
