The prices are simply outrageous. You are the only photographers allowed, so you charge what you want. All for the free market, but you’re gouging people because people want photos from significant days. Your inept photographers are not worth a dime, much less the crazy prices you charge. Charge a hundred dollars for just digital copies, insane.
I haven’t received my order yet, so this survey is premature. The poses though we’re very good of our grandson.
Photos arrived damaged. Need to go in better envelope or additional cardboard. Photos did not print out as displayed on site and important medals were cut off. Have an option to download or order all digital. Different package options.

I emailed you twice for a reprint and no response. We don’t want the Trinity University logo at the bottom of the pics. We removed that before we placed our order. The graduate is holding his diploma which already states Trinity University. The additional logo ruins the picture.
I paid over $150 for 6 picture downloads. Yes.... ridiculous. These prices are extremely inflated and take advantage of students and their families who want to capture once-in-a-lifetime moments. The proofs that were provided to order from were extremely low-quality, so the purchaser can't tell if retouching is needed or not. I received my photos and I'm completely dissatisfied with my final product. The photos are much darker than the proofs and you can clearly see gum in my mouth. I would appreciate a response and fair resolution to my concerns.
Photos are unaffordable. The price for a JPEG should be greatly reduced. I bought the cheapest size of photo and scanned it into a JPEG myself. My photos also came water damaged as it was raining on the day of delivery and the photos came in a regular paper envelope. Lastly, the photographer used a close up photo of me with my eyes closed so it was unusable. For the distance photos, it would have been nice if we had been made aware that there would be professional photos being taken of us and where the photographers would be shooting us from. Great concept but poorly executed and over priced.
The picture quality was excellent.

Pictures is blurry and I wish it was matte, picture is to glossy.
The photo pricing is really expensive, especially for the digital images, and the package options weren't what I was looking for.

Amazing how Grad Team was able to match up students while simultaneously capturing there most memorable moments!!!!!!
First off, I had to seek out my graduation photos- I never received an email with my proofs or instructions on how, when, or where to find my proofs. Additionally, I never found the photos that were taken before the ceremony in front of the step and repeat. Maybe they were awful? Speaking of awful, my double shots (the ones taken after crossing) were terrible- there were no feet to stand on to get my angle right, there was no "handler" at the location to get my diploma cover positioned low enough to not look like I was holding up a mugshot board, AND I had to talk the photographer into taking another shot because I knew I had a goofy look on my face (she looked at the image of the first shot on her screen, said, "it's fine," but then acquiesced when I repeated the request. The first shot was NOT fine. I didn't understand her hesitancy since I was a doctoral graduate- early in the ceremony AND plenty of lead time between me and the next grad because of the hooding... I should have had time to call my family out of the stand to pose with me!) Finally, I am disappointed that the prints that I did order came with unexplainable and uneven white in the edges of the image. It looks like someone tried to straighten the image but cropped it to include some of the editing canvas.
I don't know that anything can be done. I'm disappointed in the customer service at the ceremony, in receiving my proofs, and in the final product. I was a doctoral candidate, you had many opportunities to present me with images I could get nowhere else for an event that will not be repeated. You should have made a lot more money off of me.

Pictures came out great! The only thing is the pricing, a little too high for a digital copy but it is expected for ceremonies like this

The pictures captured all the moments that were important to me.
My 2 5x7 prints had marks on the image from a machine. 1 is not usable or giftable. The other is more faded. I am so disappointed. Quality control must not exist. I sat them aside and have not tried to call. Anyone should have seen the defects upon packaging.
Horrible photo quality. Horrible touch ups that made my photos worse. Customer service never responds.
These are priced ridiculously high and we are forced to get them because you can’t take good pictures from the audience. So if we want pictures this is our only option.
