Waaaaay too expensive for photographs, especially for college students. 50 bucks for 5 5"by7" prints is outrageous
Photographs were poor quality. Touch up process turned my daughters teeth blue in the photo. Not worth the $ spent.
Photos were low in quality and pretty pricey.
Take more candid shots and don't rush to make a decision before the price goes up. Some need family to look at them.
The package of photos were wet and ruined when I received it.
I would have liked a picture of me looking in the camera while shaking the presidents hand
Quality and timeliness of delivery
There was a wide selection of photos gradutees could purchases. Additionally, the email link to access the photos made the buying process simple. Overall, the picture quality was great! I would highly recommend The Grad Team.
Picture selection was very nice, prices were reasonable, and I received my portraits very quickly!
I ordered 3 pictures, the first doesn't even look like my daughter, the coloring in her face is no where near he normal color. The 2nd picture as she is receiving her diploma her face is blurry. Very disappointed that we will not capture those moments again.

Good quality and very quick delivery of photos.
The photographs purchased of a once an a lifetime event are very blurry and not of good quality at all - I was very disappointed. The ones after receiving their diplomas where they are standing are clear, but the ones as they shook the hands of those on stage are blurry and very poor.
Pictures are very good but very very expensive! I could not purchase much at all !
I like the photo but it is blurry, it did not look blurry on the computer but the print is. Thank you.
Package the product better
It is easy to access.
The quality of my pictures were terrible. The gloss on them is not what I was expecting. I thought I paid more for better quality pictures but what I got looks like it was printed on a cheap printer. I was very disappointed when I received them. I don't know what you can do to make it better except print them a different way.
They were ok. The delivery was left outside and my pictures are warped from being wet.
