They looked terrible

It wasn't obvious which photos were going to be used for which items in particular packages. I ended up not getting all the photos I wanted. Additionally, I expected to get digital copies of all photos I selected, but only got a digital copy of 1.

I never received the digital image downloads I paid for. The customer service line was never opened when advertised (i called at 1pm to 3pm EST and always got messages that the office was closed). When the order finally arrived with the purchased photos, they look nothing like the proofs (photos were darker and less colored than the proofs said they would be) and not precut

I elected to receive an electronic photo with my order. I paid for it, but it was not available. Disappointed.

The pictures were blurry.

The pictures were overpriced and one of them we received was extremely blurry

The impromptu captures were great. I don't know why the step and repeat picture with my eyes closed was offered. I ended buying it by accident. That was not fair.

The website needs to be revamped. It's too complicated to pick your package. I had to call to find out how to get what I wanted.

Photos came and glue spots on photo and stuck in mailer

The price to download even one photo are ridiculous and prevent access to those of lower incomes or with financial difficulties.

Very professional pictures, packages were reasonable, delivered quickly. LOVED that I could crop my favorite picture to include the shoes that were such a part of her outfit!

Easy to order!

I have not received my pictures I ordered almost a month ago and there is no option to track it on the website.

I bought the digital copies of my daughter because I wanted to be able to create my own grad products. There was a good selection of pictures to choose from even though my daughter was tagged in pictures that we're her.

Seemed expensive. Also, the 2nf magnet I ordered didn't keep the cropping I had performed in the picture. It's ok, but shows too much of the student behind my graduate.

THE PICTURES WERE OF GOOD QUALITY AND THE SERVICE WAS FAST BUT THEY ARE LITTLE EXPENSIVE. HOWEVER, I THANK YOU FOR CAPTURING A SPECIAL TIME I MY DAUGHTER'S LIFE.

The optional pictures and the package choices.

You charge way too much. It is ridiculous. We have a very special occasion and you exploit it.

My picture I ordered is very blurry. I tried contacting the grad team and got no response back.

Better packaging. The person I ordered from encouraged me to go online when I wanted a person who could give me an option.

Easily accessable.

Timing. The photo of the graduate shaking hands with the president was taken before their hands touched.

The pictures were great. It took a lot of work to choose the best one. Glad that this was an option to be able to select from.

We liked the pictures but some of the backgrouds were just too much, too busy.

I wish there were more shots of my grad but I understand there were many grads so I am content with what I got

Honestly it was a lot more expensive than I could really afford so i had to just get digital and even those were like.. a little too much in my opinion.

Little expensive for the packages. Plus I did not want really large photos.

The professional quality of the products I received was superb. The photos taken did look great.

Photo was a bit dark. It was sent very promptly though. The ordering process was good.
