We got 4 pictures of our son.
I received my photos in a very short period of time. They captured the moment I wasn't able to capture.
Our photos were damaged by the postal service and the representative was very compassionate and sent me new photos!

The photos are not very neat. They don't look professionaly taken. They are just ok. Sorry about this feedback, but I like photography so I have a sharper eye for them. If this help, my family didn't complain about them.

It is so difficult to get in touch with you. I have sent many emails with no response. Call and on hold forever then on to voicemail. I missed the one return call and am back in the same loop. I spent $130 for some digital photos with retouch that I hoped to have displayed at a graduation party which is tomorrow, June 10th. I still have not received the two retouched photos.
I loved the idea of this service/opportunity and would love to give you a 10. I thought the pictures were fantastic until I received them with the moving words PROOF removed and saw I needed to pay for the retouch also. I paid my first photo fee on May 22nd and then immediately commenced trying to get in touch to figure out how to pay for retouching after the fact. I finally was able to get a live person on May 30th who took my retouch money. June 9th and I have nothing. So disappointing.

i Am seated in stands (left) and the only thing that doesn’t my pics better is your photographer posted at the stage and in all my pics. If I can use a zoom lense then you can too. Get your people out of the pics!
Your prices are ridiculous! You make it so only you can take pictures and then charge ridiculous money for them. Then to top it off you high pressure sales ACT NOW OR YOU'LL MISS OUT. So I ordered. Then I get spammed daily. So clearly you still have my pictures. In short bad business practices all around. Would not ever recommend a company that runs on taking advantage of people!

Pictures were good & they came very quickly after I ordered them.
Offer some more combinations for wallets plus 4X6 etc.... Not all of us need the big giant picture and frame anymore... We've been doing that since they were kids and the walls are full.

Wow. Where do I even start? For what you charge for photos you should be ashamed. You quality is a joke. Your prices are ridiculous. I cannot even fathom how you people sleep at night.
Prices were a little steep. I did purchase some pictures but was stretching the pocketbook.
I emailed you over a week ago (5/30) since no one answered the customer service line.
We received damaged 5x7s & requested replacements. Also my daughter looks like a ghost in the magnet photos.
She’s not that pale.

I feel these pictures were incredibly expensive. They were great but slightly frustrating with the price.
I was really looking forward to my professional graduation photos but I was upset when I received the results. The photos turned out poorly, with harsh shadows and uneven illumination, ultimately detracting from the overall quality of the images.
photos we not that great made my hair red .I have brown hair
Prices were outrageous and the photoshop backgrounds were a bit ridiculous.
