very nice photo and came in very fast.
The words moving across the proof pictures are very annoying. I know that it is for copyright protection but when I was trying to look at the proofs closely to pick what I wanted I got very frustrated. I gave up trying. Had my daughter not gotten on my device and chose there may not have been any pictures ordered. There has got to be another way of protection so you are protected and people can see what they are actually getting. More pictures may be purchased if the customer can see what they are buying.
They were here in no time at all. I loved the variety of both candid and staged pictures. Thanks for capturing my special moment.

I like the posed shots, the action shots were okay, I wish I knew there were photos being taken on stage.

There were only two poses, and neither one of them were very good. I think more shots should have been taken of each person so you could pick a good shot to sell us. I did buy them, but.
The pictures of my son Matthew Last name removed have a glare on the left side of his glasses that were not really visible on the screen online but REALLY visible on the printed picture. It really ruined ALL the pictures I ordered. You should really review and fix something like that as part of your process BEFORE the pictures are printed. My images were terrible. I have asked for them to be reprinted correctly, and Inwas sent the same images as before. I have asked for someone to call me, and I never received a call.
The picture mug is of good quality and the clarity of the picture is awesome.
The order was processed and received in a very short time.
Pricing is too high. Not being able to select different images in each package. Who needs so many of the same photo?
High quality photos that aren't possible when attending the ceremony including fun/candid photos from the march.

The touch up was basic so I could have done it. Blurring does not make the skin look real. Photos cost more than grad images.

Effective, fast, clear photos
The print quality of the photo taken after receiving the diploma is terrible. Super pixelated and only looks “good” from 10ft away or the late 90s when this quality was acceptable.
Not all pictures were available to order, but once we placed one order the other pictures we wanted finally showed up. Then we had to pay for two shipping fees.
Now, we sit and wait for magnates that we’re ordered that are still missing.
All around, this has been an unpleasant and expensive experience. We have another graduate in ~2 years and will not be utilizing this company.
How can this be made right? Get us the missing magnates, provide acceptable quality of prints. If that isn’t possible, a refund would be very warranted.
Great picture but light was a little too bright.
Photos were very blurry. I could not use them. I will need to re-create a photo that I can use.
I ordered two different pictures and one was a plaque and I got the group picture but have not received the picture on the plaque yet
