Very poor quality prints for the price
The pictures look nice. The service was amazing. I like the way the company is digital, send out friendly reminders, and mail the pictures out fast.

I like that your services were provided by IWCC so I was able to sit and beam with pride as my daughter graduated instead of hustling to catch a picture of her. :o)
High quality photos and a good selection of pictures and backgrounds
The glare from the glasses, on First name removed Chowdhury's proofs were not apparent to me so we did not order the retouch. I think it was a big mistake, on your part, to assume that amateurs would realize how offensive that would be, especially in a enlarged photo. Pictures are not very well taken of my son. The stage receiving was horrible and the quality of the photos are not very professional. Expected better for the price paid out. Long delay in being able to order. Son didn't gwt email for months
I paid for retouch and I did not like the lookof my eyelids. I even see a bumpin the left upper eyelid...dissapointing
I'm always looking for a cheaper option but you guys did a great job with the pictures and keeping tabs on timing and when to expect the goods.

I contacted customer service by email and reported the words “class of 2022” that I added to the picture in red text (since it would not fit under the university name) was not positioned correctly in the bottom left of picture- but rather it was floating sideways up the sleeve of her garment. The frame had a noticeable scuff too. The email I got back just blew me off with a “thats to bad but not my problem attitude!”
