We liked the photo's that were taken of our graduate receiving her diploma & by herself. I liked the fact we receive option to purchase photo's very quickly.

Neither I nor my graduating daughter received any communication about how to access photos. I happened to see a posting by another Drake University parent about pictures, and they included a link to the website for their child. In order to find my daughter's picture, I had to go page-by-page through the tiny pictures on the site to identify that of my daughter. I feel extremely lucky to have found it. When we got to the site, we discovered that the timeline to order pictures was a little bit tight, so we ordered immediately without addressing requests from extended family members.
The busy schedules for my daughter and her friends in moving out of Drake, moving to another place, and starting a new job could have very easily excluded us from this entire process. The communication process in alerting graduates and their families about their pictures is flawed as it is clearly not reaching all graduates and their families.
With that said, the pictures arrived quickly and look nice.
Easy ordering process and received photographs very quickly. We are happy with the quality and highly recommend to others.
I like the way the pictures had such a great quality look.
Lighting could be improved, photographer should be higher than graduate so that the graduate is not looking down - give double chin look.

There was no disappointment. But as your company was the sole source provider I have nothing to compare your services to. Would have been happier if Drake had taken the pictures and we had options for buy prints and digital copies from them.
The costs for the digital versions seemed very high.

I thought because the shiny finish cost more that it would be better. I do not like
how glossy it is -- it makes it look cheap actually. Wish I had not picked that one. There should be better explanations and examples of what the finish is.

Great
When my daughter graduated with her Masters and PhD, the school did the posed photo before commencement. As people arrived, they did one shot with their grad number and name and the others were the normal posed shots.
I feel that works so much better because you have not been sitting for 3 hours and then take a picture. Just a suggestion
There were pictures taken by the grad team which were not made available to me.

Your products and services concerning important pictures exceeded my expectations.
Way too expensive. $50 for a a single digital photo is crazy expensive.
It was easy for me to choose pictures because everything was texted and emailed to me along with reminders to help keep me on track. I am probably going to get more.

Beautiful photos. Great service. Timely filled orders.
My daughter's graduation pictures had extreme shininess all over her face. The left side of her face on the picture had shadows over her eye and chin, as the lighting wasn't properly positioned when the photo was taken. I was very disappointed with the picture. The one with her professors hooding her was good, however.
We are very pleased with the graduation photo's and whoever took the pictures did a great job especially with how quickly the graduation line moved in receiving their diploma's. Very impressive and appreciate a wonderful graduation experience from start to finish. Thank you.
Selection was limited and not that many photos to choose from. Quality of downloadable photos were pretty clear but came with a steep price. In spite of these issues I was content. Thank you.
