Good service. Keep up the good work.
Not enough time to take a good photo and worse the price!!! for the few seconds you gave each individual to charge that much is criminal!!!
The graduation pictures where very easy to order online, the quality was great and turn a round very quick. the pictures was great!
Didn’t tell me if my pictures were delivered
Beautiful pictures! Easy ordering process with a quick delivery.
They did a great job at the hooding ceremony
Photos were average. Looked mass produced instead of better quality portraits for the prices charged. Also additional add ons were too expensive. It's a captive market for you so not sure if more competition for the account is needed.
The prices are outrageous. We couldn't edit the bottom wording. It wouldn't let us remove everything so some of our pictures are super messed up looking.
Good pics, a little price but willing to pay for such a momentous occasion
Very easy to order and shipment was fast, however, I felt pricing for photos was pricey.
Very professional and when I called with questions, the lady took time and answered all my questions with respect and kindness.
Ease of ordering and good product selection/choices.
The lighting was not good and the color didn’t look right.
I wish there was a way to mix and match the pictures instead of having to get a full sheet of one pose.
Good shots in tough environment….
quality photos
nice selection
speedy processing
Nice photography. Touch up option. Ease of order.
I paid extra for the glasses-glare removal edit on my graduation photo. It came out distorted and different from the original proof, with my eyes being enlarged, widened, not matching each other in size, and off center. I understand the mistake but I reached out to support 2 weeks ago and have not gotten a response.
I did not necessarily care for the quality of the prints. I felt the image was too dark. I also thought the price of the pictures was high.
Poor quality and too expensive
Nice pictures. Easy ordering process. Item delivered as expected.
I was pleased with most of the photos taken of my son in law at graduation. Only one wasn't well done, but it was so nice to have the option to buy professional photographs from a special occasion.
Good pictures / professional / good price
a fantastic job in a timely manner!
It's just very expensive. The quality was fine. The pictures originally sent to me for review (not purchased) were mostly of my daughter but there was another picture of a different woman we didn't know.
Nice quality very satisfied
Great pictures and very timely returns!
The pictures I ordered were fine-BUT I wish you would have had someone to 'dress' the graduates correctly. Our son's hood was messed up and sitting off center on his shoulders and that shows in all the pictures. It makes the pictures UGLY, because that is what you focus on. It would have taken one person five seconds to straighten out the hood and would have improved the pictures DRAMATICALLY! Then I would have bought larger and more pictures! But with that hood sitting unevenly on his shoulders, I couldn't see wasting my money!
I feel that the entire procedure was predatory. Students had no choice in the process, no prior advising of options, or pricing. After shelling out money for expense after expense all to just be able to walk, I, as well as my peers, are slammed with a sudden, nonnegotiable extra expense. Not only that, but a very very small window to act.
What was it? 2 weeks? I graduated on Dec 18. Photos were available several days later, then they were only available until Jan 6? What is that? And $56 for a single photo download? That is exploitation. Plain and simple. We had no warning, no information prior to the event and then bled for money.
I mean, sure cute, special snowflake graduates and mommy and daddy want to throw money to get the photos? Sure. Fine. Celebrate your kid. That's fine. But most of us don't have "Mommy and Daddy" money. I had to find a way to throw some money together just so I should get ONE PHOTO from my important moment before it was gone forever. That came directly out of my grocery budget because I had nothing else. I had JUST graduated. I didn't have the promotion I deserved because I had only JUST become qualified for it.
Had I received information on products available and pricing beforehand, maybe I could have adjusted my budget beforehand or maybe tried to put a little bit away each paycheck to they to afford a picture and still eat. And what about the other students? The ones who couldn't magically cough out that money? They will never get that photo that could mean so much to them.
Something needs to change because this process was the textbook definition of exploitation. What could help? Notification well in advance of pricing and options. A school sponsored assistance program for those with low income.
Maybe even offering the option to choose a single free photo download, not even print quality, just one photo to remember walking off that stage, one photo that no one else could have taken. Just one that a poor kid who struggled through to text to their family who may or may not have been able to be there.
