the picture i ordered was overpriced and when i received it, it was blurry.

I paid for an item and want it. Communicated several times and still no resolution. I plan on sending this info to Winthrop hoping they might consider another company to handle their photography in the future. Don’t want this to happen to another customer

The five by seven picture was very blurry.

My images got cropped to cut out part of my graduation cap. The color quality of the photos was not good. NOT impressed with the products i received at all.

The pictures should be offered in smaller than a 5X7. I was grateful to order one with a friend however I didn’t need such a large photo. Also, since we have these memories, my hair was under my hood. I was frustrated the photo staff didn’t did fix it.

I absolutely loved the picture that I purchased. But it was way to expensive. $50 for a single photo is ridiculous. You are marketing on the fact that most of us only graduate once and have to purchase the photos to remember it.

My pictures were bent better packaging and the two magnets I ordered have not received

The quality of the photo I received was not crystal clear and the paper it is printed on is so cheap. The quality of your photos is so low I’m glad I only ordered one photo. I would have been totally upset had I ordered more to give away to friends and family.
The fact that you can send a photo out like that tells me a lot about your company.

Too expensive, I’m a broke college student. Please don’t charge so much for my memories

Prices are ridiculous.....it's taking advantage of the situation since we could not get the stage and green screen shots on our own. Feels unfair to charge this much for a package.

I've received 10 letters and almost as many emails all saying the same thing, to purchase photos, after I already bought some. Stop sending notifications.

Easy to use and irder

It's way over priced. Not even close to affordable for alot of people that just want a couple of pictures. That's all they are. Should not be price gouging people.

Professionally done

The pictures were nice and didn’t take long to get them.

The quality of the photos are god awful. "Des Moines Area Community College" isn't even legible on the front of the diploma folder. With the quality of cameras in smartphones nowadays, it felt like we were scammed with how bad these photos turned out.

There was a photo with my eyes closed at graduation as I walked across the stage. If there were anymore with my eyes open as I was walking it would have been a little better but overall it was a good job and transition after all photos were taken.

Really appreciated one of the photographers taking pictures of me with my parents after the ceremony! She was great and also gave me the QR in order for me to be able to see/order pictures!

Our cropped pictures just looked slightly different than expected but overall really happy with the pictures as well!

I think the photos are a great idea. However, our graduate’s eyes were closed. If you are going to take photos I think you should at least check the picture before moving on to the next person. If eyes are closed or it is blurry take the 2 seconds to snap another.

Haven't received my pix yet, so could not recommend at this time.
