Clarity of the photos
I placed my order and the charge was placed on my credit card. I contacted the company 22 days after my order was placed and was told that the lab canceled my order for an unknown reason and the error would be corrected. I was also told there would be a rush put on my order due to the error. 15 additional days later and I still haven’t received my photos. I’m questioning if this is a legitimate company or if I have just been taken advantage of.
Great photos. We liked the variety of backgrounds. Prices were decent. Good quality.
Some Photographers didn’t retake after bad photos like one with closed eyes.

The prices were ridiculous for the packages that were put together. I was not pleased at all.
You should have a more competitive set up and more reasonable packages.
I never received the digital photos I ordered and paid for.
The pictures were good. But I ordered once and never got the pictures. And I never got a refund. PayPal is having to help me.
I ended up having to order a 2nd time and pay again. Not worth it.
Good images, but the backgrounds could have offered a SDSMT school-scape background not just the generic aspen tree or gray marbled drop.
I wasn't particularly disappointed. The tassel in his face and the flipped medal were not items controlled by you in the few seconds you had for taking the photo. It was the shot he selected out of those offered. I don't think it is possible to change it.

Selection was limited and not that many photos to choose from. Quality of downloadable photos were pretty clear but came with a steep price. In spite of these issues I was content. Thank you.
We liked the photo's that were taken of our graduate receiving her diploma & by herself. I liked the fact we receive option to purchase photo's very quickly.

Neither I nor my graduating daughter received any communication about how to access photos. I happened to see a posting by another Drake University parent about pictures, and they included a link to the website for their child. In order to find my daughter's picture, I had to go page-by-page through the tiny pictures on the site to identify that of my daughter. I feel extremely lucky to have found it. When we got to the site, we discovered that the timeline to order pictures was a little bit tight, so we ordered immediately without addressing requests from extended family members.
The busy schedules for my daughter and her friends in moving out of Drake, moving to another place, and starting a new job could have very easily excluded us from this entire process. The communication process in alerting graduates and their families about their pictures is flawed as it is clearly not reaching all graduates and their families.
With that said, the pictures arrived quickly and look nice.
Easy ordering process and received photographs very quickly. We are happy with the quality and highly recommend to others.

The price for photos were too high! I imagine that nowadays, most people just want the digital copies. I have been to several places that take pictures in hopes to sell them at the end of the event, but none that priced gouged so much! I was forced to buy digital copies because I was alone, but I plan to recommend that graduates just have someone from the family come with the phone or camera to take pictures. The photos were high resolution, but edits were in the up charge. If the price was lower, professional pictures would be worth it, even if graduates had someone there to take pictures.
