I ordered my pictures May 31st and still have not gotten them. Very disappointed!!
Photos on stage did not come out, lighting was terrible. The flash made me and my professors look terrible
I wish I would have known that the picture before walking the stage is what was going to be used. It felt rushed and more of a ‘mug’ shot.
My pictures looked grainy and they were expensive and they didn’t even come with a cardboard frame. Not worth it.
Individual photos putchase
It was very obvious that there were very few ‘poses’ and the background was simply changed. My slate tile is also very washed out/overexposed :(
The prices for the digital, unedited photos is a tad outrageous. I have gotten photos done at a JCPenney Studio and had tons of edited photos for a little over the price that is charged for only three, unedited photos.

One picture was a little blurry, which wasn't evident in the proof. Not sure you can fix blurry, so a refund or discount would be nice.
Another picture cut off the degree he was holding at the bottom of the picture, but you could fully see the degree in the proof. Can that be resent to me without cutting off the degree? If not, a refund or discount would be nice.

One of my photos was blurry
The quality of the pictures was awful. One of my photos is even out of focus! I haven’t even shown them to my graduate.
The pictures of our son turned out great!!! It was easy and easy to purchase.
I liked how you could choose the different backgrounds
In my picture my eyes were closed. I understand I was the first student to walk across the stage and get my picture taken. However this was very disappointing as it was a very important night. I also think the quality of the pictures could have been better. The coloring seemed off.
Prices are insanely expensive for one picture or a combo; they don’t even get other moments or angles of the event capture. Not worthy at all.

The pictures came bent and folded on two corners. I know you can't help what the mail delivery people do when handling the mail, but maybe there should be more support/protection of the photos when shipping. They cost too much for such a small amount.
Pictures are great quality and professional
Difficult to use. Pricey. Not much variety with Live Photos. Backgrounds look fake
Would have loved a photo of our son being handed his diploma.
The one I picked to frame is nice of him but off center.
I am unable to order the same frame and setup I had for my other 2 kids that graduated from LSU. I have to go to a third party and spend more money on a frame that matches theirs. I also just wanted 2 picture and I had to purchase 3 at a crazy amount! 🙄
