The quality of the photo came out great. It was a little expensive, but I still decided to purchase a picture of my graduation accomplishment.

My envelope the was bent & put in the mailbox & it was wet from the rain
We paid to have picture retouched and it wasn't. Plus it was 15 bucks.
My satch was inside out and none of the photographers could alert me. Sample pictures came in very difficult to see and select for prints. My picture with the president was cut into half. I think I just wasted 100 on pictures I didn’t need. Family and friends took better pictures with their phones than the professionals
The picture of me walking across the stage is completely blurry and unusable. This is very disappointing and makes me sad that I will not have that moment documented.
Pictures are incredibly blurry and never got an answer from support.
Easy to use, enought choices of shots that there was one we all liked
Ordering photographs is ridiculously expensive. I spent over $100 for ONLY 3 DIGITAL pictures. Ridiculous for 3 pictures when the college makes a large amount of money.
The Photographer got a good clear shot of my son accepting his diploma and shaking the president's hand. I appreciate having access to such a great photo.

One of my family photos is missing for one and then the ones with me and my diploma are all out of focus. When I’ve attempted contact for a partial refund I’ve gotten no communication or apology. I will never get photos from here again and will outsource because my phone could do better
One of the photos shows an extremely shiny face. I had expected that would have been retouched given the price that was paid. My mistake
