There was some kind of stripe or smudge across part pdf the photo. If those were corrected and reprinted that would make it right.

Absolutely unreasonable and unrealistic prices! One download $50 some? I like 4 of my pictures, but only ordered one to be printed because 8×10 for $22 is more doable. Quality is ok, but prices are outrageous. Also, short availability. Don't recommend it to my friends.

We were forced to by a large picture even though it could have fit on an 8 x10. It certainly feels like you design and tailor your web software to make sure that a person is forced to buy the largest picture therefore making it be more profit for your company. It also absolutely is garbage that you guys charge 10 times more for download images.
Lighting was inadequate when photo was taken. It looks like they tried to touch it up removing red eye and made it worse. I was not able to see this until I received print.

Appreciated the opportunity to obtain photos of our son's graduation but we were rather disappointed in some of the selections...for example a processional with our son's face obscured by another graduate or our son with the mascot "Cowboy Joe" with the mascot extending beyond the edge of the photo. May purchase a few more just to have a record of the ceremony, but intend to arrange for a more professional studio shot to share. Wish our options would have been better as I had intended to distribute them to friends and relatives.

The photos were fantastic and were great quality! I also appreciated that the photos were taken at various stages of his graduation walk as it allowed me to view scenes I could not see from my seat.
Pictures are large group events are not personalized. I feel there should have been additional photographers and ones who assist with posing.

The pictures on the website looked really good however when we received they were really blurry and washed out. We did not pay for or want any touch up so I'm not sure what happened.

My pictures have a shadow, called to inform company. I was told I would receive a replacement but still waiting. Do not know what happened

I thought the pcture lost its sharpness. It was not blurred but just not as sharp as expected.
The options of backgrounds & the many people who captured multiple people, multiple places during graduation
The download picture I purchased was extremely low resolution, compared to what I believe it was originally shot at. Simply not acceptable. Should’ve been set in the resolution that was shot it. Very disappointing.
