Never received my order
The pictures came bent and folded on two corners. I know you can't help what the mail delivery people do when handling the mail, but maybe there should be more support/protection of the photos when shipping. They cost too much for such a small amount.
Pictures are great quality and professional
Difficult to use. Pricey. Not much variety with Live Photos. Backgrounds look fake
Would have loved a photo of our son being handed his diploma.
The one I picked to frame is nice of him but off center.
I am unable to order the same frame and setup I had for my other 2 kids that graduated from LSU. I have to go to a third party and spend more money on a frame that matches theirs. I also just wanted 2 picture and I had to purchase 3 at a crazy amount! 🙄
The 8x10 posed pictures are quite blurry.

Well I received one picture but the plaque I haven’t gotten yet so I’ll do another review after it’s received. You can improve on sending customers updates on when I will receive merchandise.

I ordered pictures from my daughter’s graduation and they are all blurry. I know that it was a fast-paced ceremony but I’m sad that the photos from her important day are blurry.
Our 8x10 photos were blurred. I have reached out via telephone calls and email with no response to my inquiry as to steps that can be taken to rectify this problem.
The pictures were not good pictures. The lighting was off and my daughters gold stole looks way to shiny in the pictures. Her blonde hair also has a gold tent. The pictures were very expensive. $50 for one 8x10 and one 5x7 only to be disappointed in them when I received them. These pictures are taken every year. I know it’s a fast process during the graduation but try adjusting the lighting before the ceremony starts.
One of the photographs I ordered was not in focus. It was a lot t to pay for a poor quality photograph.
I received my photographs and some of them were blurry. Some of the same photo were clear, some were blurry. I have emailed twice but with no response.
I thought your prices reasonable and there were multiple pictures of my graduate.

So overpriced it’s ridiculous
Our daughter's college graduation photos turned out amazing! The photographer even noticed that she was being sworn in by the Sheriff (she got her AAS in Law Enforcement) and came over to take a couple of pictures of that as well! We loved all the photographs and ordered a package plus bought 2 additional different background photos.
I would have liked an option for plan black back ground instead of photo shopped backgrounds in addition to the real time photograph. The photoshop pictures were awkward. Overall pleased with what was available to purchase and the prices were excellent.

Poor picture quality
Prices for photographs are extremely high, especially for the digital files. This is disappointing as we were not told prices in advance, and some graduates may be unable to afford the high prices to preserve these special memories.
