Photos out of focus, terrible exposure, blurred
The edge of my 5x7 print has a blotch on it. It looks awful. Very disappointed. I would love to have a replacement without the imperfection.
The pictures we received were very blurry. Would like my money back. My daughter was not in the group pictures, but you sent them to us. Bad photography. Very disappointed in the pictures we received.
Good quality, easy to order
I am missing part of my order. I only received two pictures, no magnets.
I found the website to order the picture very difficult. It was hard for some reason to order two pictures at once. I spent way too much time on this and it should’ve been clear. I ordered one picture and I actually wanted two.
I was also disappointed in the quality of the picture that I received it was way too shiny. I even paid for editing, and I’m not sure what that even actually meant.
In almost all the pictures my sons eyes were closed. Now I understand this happens. But is all but one? More than one take of each pic should have been taken to prevent this. It’s digital take at least 2 or 3 of each photo.
They are very nice, but I do wish they were a little more reasonable in price.

The variety of packages and pictures to choose.
I would have preferred my graduate to be the only “face” in the proofs. Not sure how to eliminate the student behind to be out of picture range.
I thought the pictures were good. I wasn't wild about the packages offered. Very few people would want so many pictures of their college graduation (I think).
I was glad I was able to just order the one I really wanted.
I have not received a reply to my email yet about my order. The picture I ordered we put of focus. I’d say the only nice thing was the different photos that were taken.

The touched up finish should have come standard. It’s like they went out of their way to make both the grad and the school president look pasty. Very disappointed.
Make photos less blurry, or take a couple more stable shots.
Prices were ridiculous, and the photo quality wasn't super great. Any added services were 2.5X+ the cost of the basic photo alone.

I ordered the magnets and they sent them to me and had cut off my sons head in the picture. You can’t center the picture right and very disappointed as they were gifts for Grandparents . You can send me the magnets with my sons head completely in the picture showing his graduation cap.
