The pictures were clear, sharp, and well produced
Pictures are very professional, nice clear pictures taken at the right moment
We had taken basic touch up package. Although didn't seem like any touch up was made. The images are not very crisp as expected from a professional camera with optical lenses and filters. Our mobile pictures are more sharp and vibrant in colors. Pricey for the quality 😞
Other than that the ordering and delivering process was smooth.
The price of photos are way too expensive, especially the digital downloads.

Very high quality and fast shipping.
First, I was going to be overcharged for the package that I was looking at and secondly, my pictures arrived not touched up and I paid for that and there was a cute crease down the middle of the photos, so they were totally unacceptable.
Blurry picture and super overpriced. I bought the laminated 8x10 and I could have laminated the photos myself instead of paying extra for it. My photo with the school president was also super blurry.
One photo arrived smudged.

I didn’t receive my entire order and there’s no number to call.
I did not receive my full order. I was missing the magnets and I emailed to find out if they would still be sent but received no response
The constant moving logo made it very hard to see if the writing was going to look good on the photo, the email confirmation did not include an image of the final photo, if I went back to select a different photo I was stuck with the current photo and got very confused. The website was not very user friendly. However, my photos did turn out amazing, thank you.

Overpriced packages
I sent two emails regarding my daughter's pictures. They are unacceptable. No one has returned my email or called me.

Need to be more aware of the grad you’re tagging in the picture. Three of our proofs had other grads as the main focus and our grad was barely in the picture.
I thought that the products was a decent price. Many different options.
The pictures purchased we blurry and of low quality. The only way to make them right would be to clear up the images, but photo manipulation like that produces an even poorer image. So the original image would need to be retaken. As that's not going to happen, the only other option would be to refund what we paid and know you ruined a memory.
Pictures were easy to order online.. Prints were excellent. Fast delivery
