Late stage capitalism
The first order was damaged in shipping, mostly by the post office. However, the photo envelope was not that rigid or robust. The second one was much better. The quality of the prints was very, very good.
The pictures I ordered were so blurry it’s obvious they did not quality check them.
The pictures were not good. But as they were the only ones available to me, I got the one with him holding his diploma. There was a lot of glare on his glasses, so much so that it obscured his face some. It was nice that I got an email because otherwise, I would know nothing about it.

Copy of pic has a scuff mark on a couple copies and no notification that they shipped but ole Ty of emails telling me to buy the pictures.

Variety and the option to order on picture
One of the proofs was NOT my son, pay more attention to the grouping of photos.
Pic was blurry
I got my pictures in the mail, and the photo is blurry. On the website, it looked like the photo was clear and in focus, but it is not.
I'm sorry to say but the photos look as if the were printed off an HP home printer. The trim along the sides of the bigger pictures were way off as well. The camera flash in my sons glasses was removed well, I appreciate that.

I think this sounds bad, but the products are expensive. The picture came out great, but the flimsy frame thing I paid extra for I could have gotten better at Walmart (which I did, so I paid double).

The pictures were amazing and they did a great job tracking students to each photo which is truly amazing. My only recommendation when it comes to editing the photo is to see what photo retouching would look like if it was applied to the photo and if the person on the other side can actually edit the photo with a program and show you what they wanted. That way they would be more likely to pay for the retouching services and more if they could see ahead of time what it would look like if it was applied.
