The photos are great

Sent wrong pose and I had to pay to reorder the correct one again. Haven’t received it yet and hope it’s the correct one this time.
It's a little pricy for students that's are just graduating.
All my pics came in with scratches and water damage. No response either for a refund or replacement.

Well, the first order of photos we ordered - OrderID: VGPhone number removed8 came back with a flaw and I sent 6 emails and only one response to those emails and still not correcting them. I made a phone call and talked to someone in late December or early January and when I talked to the lady she said that y’all would send out those corrections and We never saw them!!! The first order we spent TOTAL: $283.90

Hoping that the problem would be corrected the same photos spending another $51.85 Guess What? It was still not corrected and it’s been over a year ago!!! So, at this point I feel like y’all really don’t care to correct this problem and I’ve cried over this because he is my only child and he won’t get another graduation and I can’t share the photos with family or friends because it looks like he had a cavity with a filling put in and He’s Never Had a Cavity in His Life! After doing all the Retouching and the Extensive Retouching and no one saw that Flaw to correct it. I have been very patient with y’all and what a disappointment this whole experience has been. Y’all just swindled $335.75 out of us!!!

Magnet colors looked very faded. I emailed the company requesting replacement and have not received a reply. I would like photo magnets reprinted.
I did not like my hair color. I have a blonde hair but on the pictures it looks red.

The pictures were HORRIBLE. I have never seen more blurry, cheap-looking awful pictures from a professional studio in my entire life.

It was nice to be offered a discount on pics but to have to make a snap decision isn’t fair. I am a college graduate with a family and a job-means I am broke. You didn’t give notice that my pics shipped out to me. Your website is archaic and needs updated. Your proof of purchase email came through as a dot matrix email - old school. No tracking information provided. I expect better. I expect Univ of Northern Colorado to expect better too!
You need to have better packages as most people do not order 8x10's anymore. We had to just purchase the digital download and then go elsewhere to print graduation announcements.
