Quality and selection very good. Order processing time excellent.
I love the variety of options (image sizes, etc). A litte on the pricey side but not too bad.

Sharpness of the photos
Grad photo was rushed.. was only told where to put my feet. No direction as to how to turn my body or head or anything. My tassel is backwards which is something the photographer could have mentioned or fixed before snapping the photo and moving me along. I forgot to take my glasses off.. which is my fault but again, something the photographer could have mentioned- or even shown me a preview of the photo to be sure I was somewhat pleased with it. The only grad photo I’ll ever receive and it was rushed and disappointing. The one of me walking across stage was cropped horribly and not even as I was receiving my diploma, but afterwards. Both would have been nice? My entire body isn’t even in the shot, but the man handing out diplomas is.
One of the poses to choose from had the eyes closed. Seriously, your going to even post that?!
Otherwise, I was satisfied with the other poses. I appreciated a few options and a variety of shots that were made available.
I feel they are racists. Many students have pictures posted in msu website. I don’t have one single picture post with them. …why ….the reason is because i am muslim and wearing the hajab.
I paid for, but never got the digital copy of photo.
The enlargement cut off my daughter's diploma. I thought I selected a print where it was showing

Was disappointed in pricing and you can definitely see the edges on my student in all the different backgrounds.
Thought the cost of the photos were way too high. Didn’t like how in the individual photos the person wasn’t centered and standing in an odd way. Some of the photos were over exposed. Still happy to have them just wish the price would have been more reasonable.
I still haven’t received my product yet and no tracking information has been given

Hi! I haven’t heard back regarding my request for my unedited photos. I was not happy with the touch up add on and would like copies of my photos with out it.

I received only one of the 2 items in my order. GRAD - 2- 2x3 Rectangle Magnet is not received, it has been 16 days since i made this order. There is a charge of $8.95+ ship charges for this.

My pictures had a photographers head covering my feet during the hood portion of receiving my phd :( . I was wearing my traditional regalia from my culture and the photos were underwhelming
