Our pictures came in the mail, covered by one piece of thin cardboard, and had been creased down the center
Quality of images taken by photographer, variety of backgrounds. Photos ordered were correct and received in good shape.
The pricing wasn't the best to me. There should have been better packages for multiple pictures, not that I could hardly see them.
Her graduation is over so there's nothing you can do. Just figure out how to take better pictures of grads walking the stage.

The pictures were blurry and i emailed and have no received a response. I spent about $300 just to receive blurry pictures.

Easy no hassle
My complete order was not sent. I ordered a print and two magnets and when I received my print, my magnets were not there. I tried to reach out and I have not gotten a response to make it right or refund my money. Very disappointed.
A longer ordering window- we had an emergency surgery and almost missed our chance.
Pictures were processed and sent in a timely fashion and good quality. Especially since
there's no real possible way to get the actual picture the day of graduation. Very much appreciated the opportunity to have this remembrance of this special day!!!!

Make sure people are actually looking at the camera before snapping picture and do two takes just in case their eyes are closed
The best picture had my daughters eyes closed … maybe take more than 1 shot … still ordered but would have way preferred her eyes open
They offered me a picture of my son going across the stage at graduation and that’s something I could not get myself.
Pictures arrived damaged. These are all digital pictures so you can easily edit, touch up etc. I paid for such enhancements because in the one picture it’s blurry and my sons face is white as a ghost. For what I paid very disappointing.
Photos look generic and weren’t packaged well, arrived bent. For 15$ per copy, very disappointing. My cap & gown from JSU in 1996 were much better.
I think you should provide more care when wrapping product orders. I ordered a picture wooden frame with engraven and the edge had a sticky residue from the packaging it was enclosed in which now has damage on the side/discoloration on it and for $70 purchase price is unacceptable!!
Your team did not send my order in 2-5 business days as promised, nor did you inform me that you only accept certain email handles. I called several times only to learn that your phone system was off early. Your team exhibited a lack of professionalism.

Quick and simple
Faces were cut out on some of photos. The magnets I ordered simply had a piece of magnetic strip glued onto the photo item. I was not impressed with the quality.
My proofs looked good online and when I received our order, the pictures were blurry/fuzzy and the color distorted.
