I sent an email regarding the blurriness of one of the images I received, as well as the fact that I was charged $4-5 for shipping on a digital purchase. Nobody responded to me.
I would like at least a $45 refund since I should not have had to pay for shipping and I would have only purchased one image vs three had I known it was that blurry.
The website is easy to use and my pictures have good quality. The prices and the selections were good also. The photo staff was professional and made me laugh. I only got a glance of them but I remember that detail.
The photos arrived quickly and were great quality! We ordered photos two years ago from my undergraduate commencement ceremony, and we liked the photos then, and we continue to like them now.
Received the photo super fast still waiting on the plaque.
The photographer took one photo and my eyes were closed. Needless to say I will not be framing that photo. I did, however, use it as a gag gift. Wish I had a better picture from graduation.

I have purchased grad photos on two occasions and have enjoyed the quality of photos each time.
great pictures and customer service
The lighting on the grad photos was terrible. There are so many shadows and the white balance is way off. I understand you cannot control what Purdue did with lighting but you absolutely could have coordinated with them to properly light up he moment. This students and family have one opportunity to experience the college graduation. There is no excuse for poor lighting

I didn't like the glare on the diploma and the background wasn't super appealing.
