I have yet to receive digital downloads I paid for. I want to cancel my order!
Half of the pictures were blurred.

Quality photos and Speedy delivery.
I'd like a matte finish for all my photos (if you have it) and a reprint of one of my photos to correct the horrendous over exposure (glaring light).

We purchased $200 worth of pictures and they came in an envelope with a very flimsy piece of cardboard. The pictures were bent when we got them please spend some more money on your packing.
Color, contrast, lighting, clarity, all were bad. I paid almost $70. Perhaps offer a free download of a different shot. It was an important moment and the pics don't reflect talent or professional artistry of photography. We'll see what you do to make it right. The ball is in your court. The two 8x10s are useless because the corners are ruined. I've contacted you twice about this issue and no response. Either send new pictures or refund my money. Your customer service is lousy.
