Great pics - great shots
Not thrilled with getting partial order, then 3-5 weeks later the frame & magnets, which still have not arrived. You should note online these items are obtained from a third party vendor, instead of being in stock at time of order.

Hi! I paid extra for flyaway hair and it wasn’t corrected. Maybe it couldn’t? Turns out it was part of her tassel on top of her face. Regardless, I wasn’t told it couldn’t be corrected.

Quite a high price for a couple of pictures with additional touch up fees.
I enjoyed the clarity of the pictures, grateful I was not pigeon hold into a certain package and the prices were affordable.
The color on proof was much more vivid than the printed photographs. The photographs were considerably darker with muted color. I'm not sure I would've purchased the photographs had I known about this difference ahead of time.
Only received part of my order. Have sent two requests regarding missing magnets with no resolution.

Prints looked horrible. Too glossy and not the best quality. Lighting was off too. My son looked so pale, and I really did not like the paper used for printing. Did not look professionally done. Prints made at your local pharmacy look better.

This is not my first graduation, but these were the worst quality pictures I've had. The team didn't seem to care. They rushed through the photos taken prior to walking, and we stood in the hall for half an hour waiting to walk in the ceremony. They could have at least taken a min per student rather than a few seconds. No one pointed out my tassel was on the wrong side. I also wasn't told we would have our pictures taken right before walking the stage. The photographer didn't even say anything to let me know so I could at least look at the camera. The pictures taken while walking and right after with the mascot were the best. Overall for the quality of captures, they were way overpriced. I would have preferred to pay more if that would have meant a better job would be done.
They were great quality images. I was a little confused about ordering the digital photos and what the rules were for printing them.

I placed an order back on June 4th and have reached out twice to receive an update on my order. I haven’t heard back nor I have received my images or plaque.
The quality of the picture was horrible. It looks like my daughter has a 5 o’clock shadow.
I have tried to contact customer support. I have not received some of my order.The photos that I did receive are not colored right and one pose is blurred. No glare reduction on glasses as requested. No one has contacted me except to buy more products. I have requested a full refund.
Pictures were fantastic! I have never looked so great and loved the different options they had as backgrounds.

Over priced for not the best quality of photos. Slow shipping and no tracking numbers on anything. A print on demand item I’m told takes anywhere from 3-5 weeks to process from customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this company unfortunately.
The images taken during the event were not timed well. The moments captured were after the actions taken. In one I was not even in the center of the image provided someone else was.
