One of my pictures have a indent on it.
Asked one of the photographers to take a picture of our daughter but didn't know where she was sitting. They were able to find her and take a picture which we purchased in addition to other photos.
All the important moments were captured and perfectly timed with lots of smiles, both during the ceremony and afterwards with friends. Views we couldn’t possibly have captured ourselves while sitting in the stands. We really appreciated your attention to detail and having these photos available to us for purchase!
Sone poses are blurry and not clearly defined. It’s hard to tell this on the order page because of the banner and it’s movement.

Bad quality fuzzy pictures
The prints I received were overexposed. With the amount you charge for these photos, you should be able to spend ten seconds producing an acceptable print without charging extra for it. To make it right, you could send me prints that you did spend ten seconds on, but I'm not expecting that.
We haven't received our order yet. We emailed you with no response. Your customer service is awful.
easy process, and the photos turned out well.
I am still waiting to receive my order. I provided both my addresses and noted which was for USPS and which was if sending by UPS or Fedex. Got an email 2 weeks later that the photos were returned. I again provided the correct addresses and was told it was being remailed to me. I have waited for 2 more weeks and still have not received my order.
You would sell more if your prices were reasonable.

I would have liked to see a nicer backdrop for the commencement photo instead of just the audience in the background.

The photos of our son were very good! Especially shots that due to the size of the Coliseum, were unable to get ourselves. Pricing of packages were very reasonable.
Pictures were not sent in a way in which they could not be damaged through the mail. The pictures were wrinkled at the top and bottom and the envelope was bent and placed in my mailbox. While the post office is at fault for that, had the pictures been sent in better packaging that couldn't have been bent they wouldn't have been able to do so, and if the pictures were protected inside the envelop they may not have been damaged in the shipping process.
thought the setup and ordering was great but was disappointed in the actual photos we got. The colors are not very vibrant. My son wore a brown graduation gown and in the photos it looks light brown.

I havent gotten any help, I only got this email to rate my experience, which hasn't happened yet. I paid 55 dollars for a digital copy of my image that I havent received, and I havent received help either
