We purchased $200 worth of pictures and they came in an envelope with a very flimsy piece of cardboard. The pictures were bent when we got them please spend some more money on your packing.
Color, contrast, lighting, clarity, all were bad. I paid almost $70. Perhaps offer a free download of a different shot. It was an important moment and the pics don't reflect talent or professional artistry of photography. We'll see what you do to make it right. The ball is in your court. Beautiful pictures
It was a close call. My son received the letter to order pictures on the last day we were allowed to order. I had to make sure I got my order done that same evening. If he opened the mail the next day, I would not have been able to order.
I ended up being okay, but I feel that I almost missed out on a very important event.
One of the photos I purchased was blurry. It was not evident on the proof. The day it was delivered I reached out by email asking if I could return the photo and be refunded. No response. It was disappointing to get a poor quality but I understand things happen. It was disappointing to not get a response or a resolution. I can’t recommend a business who doesn’t offer great service.
The pictures I bought and received seem blurry!
Prices for a digital photo are very high. Feels as though it is a bit of a gouge given the opportunity.

The photos with scenes around campus or with the flag looked obviously photo shopped. Perhaps do a better job of making them look less obvious, or just don't offer those anymore.
I love the graphics around the photos that made it like a small frame in the school colors. And I liked the personalization feature as well.
My photos came in bent. Would not of happened if was in a box.
This was such an important day in my daughter and my life when I got the pictures the editing quality was horrible .I can send you an image of the phots I received. For $130 the pictures should have been edited professionally. You can make things right by sending me the unedited version of My daughter 's photos . I feel like I wasted my money
Inform the graduates that their photo would be taken at the bottom of the ceremony platform. Some students like ours was unaware.
Better background options, your photo edit options, like zoom in, on your site are limited as well.
I paid over 200 dollars and can’t find a way to download any of my photos!
Great pictures
Pictures not the best quality given the price and arrived bent.
The pictures we received were of poor visual quality. The faces were overly bright and washed out. The coloring did not look the same as the samples we viewed. The pearlized upgrade was a big disappointment.
All the photo options were extremely expensive and after spending almost $150 on pictures for my graduation I’d expect them to at least be decent quality but the large prints are blurry and not very crisp. I’m very disappointed with the quality and the amount I paid for them.
I never received the magnets I purchased. I emailed and did not get a response either.
