My magnet that I ordered was not cut correctly and a white strip is showing on the left side.
The two 8x10s are useless because the corners are ruined. I've contacted you twice about this issue and no response. Either send new pictures or refund my money. Your customer service is lousy.

I'd like a matte finish for all my photos (if you have it) and a reprint of one of my photos to correct the horrendous over exposure (glaring light).

Well aside from it being so plain in the background (my sons actually came with a flag in the background) , my photo came in bent. Worst photo shipment ive ever received.

The pictures I received were focused on the student ahead of my daughter, and the only portrait pose had a large glare from her graduation sash, that wasn't corrected when taking the photo. I'm pretty disappointed.
