Easy to order and quick return
I wish there was more picture poses on graduation day. I know time was limited but I feel like adding 2 more poses would have been ideal. The background of the picture with the President was a little dark. The backgrounds of the pictures on that green screen were not very well chosen. I would rather have a green screen of something on campus. There are numerous beautiful landscapes and buildings that could have been used for that purpose. Why not get the campus photographer involved with this task?
The announcements were ok, they were not engraved and looked a bit inexpensive. Some of them were received damaged and those were replaced immediately. Thank you for that.
The timeline of getting the grad cap and gown and returning it was very limiting. We wanted to take pictures off-campus and were hindered by rain.
The timeline for picking pictures and ordering them was too short. We were traveling after graduation and couldn’t get a good view on phone of the pictures. We would have appreciated a few more weeks.

Ease of ordering
Photography: I ordered and paid for an upgrade fee for touch up/ flyaway hair to be fixed on a photo. The request was never done. I called and spoke to Cece who forwarded the request via email. Ten days later, I never received the updated photo. I emailed again and one week later I still haven't received an updated photo.
Nothing really. Maybe offer a downloadable with purchase.

Captured great pictures during the ceremony. Received printed photos quickly. Cost of packages is a bit pricey.
Picture with getting diploma eyes shut!
Picture with The head of civil engineer eyes closed again! Pictures with him, receiving his ring with the Mike the tiger eyes closed again!! I did order it bc it was the only one !!!
They caught him walking on stage That’s the only one I ordered-

by mike the tiger cage and took pictures which those two were good- I know it’s quick but take a bunch of pictures because of this reason -

The process to take pictures right before going up to the altar was not great. My sash was not straight, but the cameraman didn’t warn me that it needed to be fixed for the best look for the moment. Very disappointed.
I didn't receive all the items I ordered. I sent an email to follow-up and NO RESPONSE at all.

I ordered a digital download back on June 8, 2023. Today is June 25, 2023, and I have not received the download. Ridiculous. Especially for a digital download.
I paid but never received my digital photo. All of the photos were taken in about half a second, but yet they cost $100s to buy. We paid so much money to the school to graduate, the LEAST they could do is give us one photo to commemorate the experience for free.
Personable, friendly, accommodating
I ordered a digital download, which I accessed immediately, a "handshake" print and a set of magnets. I received the 5x7 print approximately a week after the order, but the magnets were missing. Emails to the company resulted in responses that were in contradiction to each other. One email said to wait a week and if I had not received the magnets to contact them again. Another email said they would ship separately and arrive 3-5 weeks after the print.
When placing an order, I expect that I will be given information right away about when I will receive the items. I also expect a shipping notification email so that I have an idea of when to expect my items. If items will be shipping separately, that also needs to be noted. I did eventually receive my magnets, and they were of nice quality. But I am very disappointed in the communication both before, during, and after the order.
The printed photos I received looked horrible. Very blurry and the metallic like print is not nice. I spent a lot of money to get really bad quality pictures.
The price of the digital was way to much.
Overexposed prints and blue hue on other prints that did not resemble the proofs. Reorder prints that have similar exposure and color quality as the proofs

I’ve written that I never received my download photo and still haven’t gotten it
There was no organization of when our son, or ANY graduate, was going to be presented his degree. There were a TON of recipients and not having a clue as to when he would be walking up on the stage was extremely nerve-wracking. For all the monies we poured into NDSU for his education, a simple LIST OF GRADUATES provided by the school is all that was needed. Is it not possible that highly educated adults could have a solid strategy and plan where ALL parents and families could be prepared BEFORE they got onto the stage?
In addition, the picture taken by the photographer had our son off to one side. All that was needed was ONE PICTURE where he was centered in the picture frame. Why could there not be ONE SELECTION the was centered?

Reasonably priced and return time is great.
My son walked first in his graduation. There were 5 photos total. None were quality set up. It seemed either the organizers were not prepared to direct them appropriately or the photographers were not prepared

I had an issue with not receiving my order. I believe the original order of photos was lost in the mail. I reached out to the Grad Team and they resent my order, no problem. They made a pleasant experience possible!

I ordered pictures and a digital image. I got the pictures very promptly, but never received the digital image. I also did not receive a receipt for my order. When I ordered the pictures, I was never asked for my email address or to set up an account, which seemed odd. I had to send an email to customer service. The response was fast and my digital image was sent, but I never did get my receipt. I think you should improve the ordering system so that the customer sets up an account and these things don't happen.
