I never received my photo
They take advantage of the parents that want to collect memories of their kid's graduation and overcharge. $100 for 3 pictures it’s unreal. I'm glad I wont have to do this again.

The event photographers were working amazingly throughout the ceremony and quickly delivery the accurate photo images in no time. Fast photo ordering service as well. I am satisfied with the service. Highly recommenced it to anyone.

You are charging way too much for those proofs with those generic backgrounds. I needed something to put on a graduation flyer and I ended up paying $163 for six pictures Rip off of the century. Next time I won’t buy any and will take my own.
My pictures were horribly blurry. You barely can make out my face.
The picture I received was not a good quality photo for the price I paid. However, I appreciate you capturing the moment.

Excellent photos, professional and skillful photography.
The price I was originally shown was much less. It said the deadline to order was May 28th, but didn't say the price was going to jump up before that date. I went ahead and ordered 3 digital shots, but am not happy about what I was charged
Most of candid pics I have eyes closed or bad shots taken. No warning given that these were going to be part of available pics.
It celebrates a special event in a student’s life. The quality was good. The delivery was quick, and the packaging was carefully done. Thank you!
Charge a reasonable price!!! Your way, way too expensive. But you know that already.

Pictures were rushed. The resulting photo was not centered and coloring on picture looks washed out. Does not look very professional, picture taken with cell phone had better coloring

We were not informed about photos being taken during graduation. It was a rush job and most of my photos were blurry or inaccurate.

The photos need to be sent in a more protective packaging such as a box or padded envelope. My photos came in a simple cardboard envelope that was bent and ripped. When I opened the package, the 8x10 photos were slightly bent. I paid a lot of money for these photos so I expected them to be immaculate. I hope this does not happen to anyone else in the future.
I like that you could pick up your items the day of the ceremony instead of paying extra for shipping. I like how everything you need for graduation was located in one area. However, I wish there was an opportunity to get your picture taken for those who were late to the ceremony and missed the picture.
The photos that I received are blurry. I have emailed customer service multiple times and have not heard back at all. The price you pay is outrageous for blurry pictures.
