Pictures were not sent in a way in which they could not be damaged through the mail. The pictures were wrinkled at the top and bottom and the envelope was bent and placed in my mailbox. While the post office is at fault for that, had the pictures been sent in better packaging that couldn't have been bent they wouldn't have been able to do so, and if the pictures were protected inside the envelop they may not have been damaged in the shipping process.
thought the setup and ordering was great but was disappointed in the actual photos we got. The colors are not very vibrant. My son wore a brown graduation gown and in the photos it looks light brown.

The pictures were not all posted at the same time, so it was difficult to know when to place an order. I still haven't seen the pictures taken against the green screen where we were holding our diplomas after descending from the stage. The other photos have been nice, but I was really looking forward to this one.

The photographer just after the stage didn’t even speak or signal to me. My medal, stole and diploma weren’t arranged great to show so that was disappointing.

You should be ashamed of the product turned out. There should be a minimum expectation. Especially for an expensive degree. You did not meet it.

Background looks very fake
Easy to order online! Super fast delivery of products. Picture was well high quality. Appreciated that I could buy just a couple photos as I did not want or need an entire package. Would highly recommend!! I could not have gotten the same outstanding photo of my graduate on my own! Thank you!

The photos of our son were very good! Especially shots that due to the size of the Coliseum, were unable to get ourselves. Pricing of packages were very reasonable.
