The photos were poor
I ordered a plaque for my anniversary. It's been 20 days, I haven't received a single update.
This is unacceptable.
I resented the high pressure to buy. The picture were not good at in terms of getting good shots of the people involved unless they were posing. Pictures of the white coats were taken while they we being out on awkwardly and now after they were on all the way. Candid pictures did not have smiles.
The system when I choose the photo is not very easy to use.
I have paid for the photos but I haven’t got the photo yet.
Horrible UI and scummy tactics
I was going to give e yall a call. The quality of the photos were very poor. They were very fuzzy. I would appreciate either a refund or for them to be reprinted.

Pictures are great and the prices are reasonable...
Photos were blurry, but you could not tell that in the thumbnails. Very disappointed in the quality, especially given the price.
My skin color was unnatural and the pose has me looking one way and the president the other. Super disappointed.
Photos were perfect. May need to order additional ones as well as other items. Very pleased!

Pictures got wet. Envelope was soaking wet. Mail man/women left the envelope on our doorstep and it’s been raining everyday. Got wet but the pictures didn’t smudge. Thank God. I spent money for that.

There is a huge Glare in his glassss that did not get re touched before printed. The 8x10’s are horrible. I paid extra for that

I ordered 4 magnets of a close up pose and a 5x7 of the farther out version of the same pose. The website could not process the fact that I wanted two different versions of the same "photo" even though they were individual selections on your website. I did not accidently order two of the same, I tried many times to get your software to let me order a closeup and a farther out version. I thought I had actually succeeded, but when my order arrived, they were both the same (closeup).I did not order a package, these were individual selections. Please improve your software.

photos are so good! I loved it!
Photos in mail came in regular envelop so were wet and bent. Next time game in cardboard envelop which makes sense, not sure why ever mailed out in paper envelop, didn't save any money by having to mail out twice.
Digital image still not correct after several e-mails and calls...
The pictures are great quality! I had a problem being able to download the digital images ordered and they were super helpful and kind!
Good photos and quick turn around time.
There were so many cameras present but there were so few pictures taken. I understand opportunities being limited in large groups, but I was the only one on stage for a period of time and barely got a picture. Even then, I had to email and ask for it.
