Make all digital products more cost efficient for customers, and don’t resort to price hiking the customer out of convenience of the CEO and/or executive administration of the company. Period.

I called your office and got a very snotty girl who informed me, "We're in California, we have nothing to do with Colorado". I explained the number I called was taken from the email sent to me by the school - and she hung up on me.

I asked as well as texted a quesion, as to whether there was a promo code available - to no avail. I received a text from grad images and ordered 3 digital images - at $50 a piece! they were honestly, sub par. But as he isn't graduating again, I'm stuck. $150 for 3 digital images is larceny, I will empower my friends and family with children in higher education - to employ higher zoom capable cameras and shoot their own shots in the future.

BTW, this isn't a "one off" as you also shot my other sons Law School graduation 2 weeks prior, and there wasn't even a salvageable high priced pic in the mix.

My suggestion? Hire skilled photographers, employ intelligent people to answer your phones and re-evaluate the exorbitant fees for fast click photography.

Good Pictures. My only complaint is how many times your copywrite message goes across the picture. You do not get a good look at the pic.

I have been emailing Customer Service for the Grad Team and received no response. I received my photos ordered. However, I ordered three key chains and never received them.

Numerous choices to choose from. Prices are reasonable. Quick shipping.

I thought the pictures were very well done

My sons colored sashes were messed up in every picture. Why wasn't this fixed for him? He told me the guy said he fixed them. Obviously not.

I still don't have the downloads I paid for. I spent 150.00 for 3 downloads and still don't have them almost a month later.

The photo I received was blurry. I expected the 5×7 I ordered to be crisp like the digital proof I selected. It makes me glad I didn't spend any more money on a larger package.

I think for 4 pictures I bought was outrageous. $116. They weren't worth the price. I feel being a big moment in the students life, the photographer could've spent a little more time in making the pictures a little more important. They were bland. Could've had the college in the backdrop, maybe some flower arrangements on each side for the females (my daughter graduated). I wouldn't recommend them and maybe the college could've done a better job planning to accommodate that extra mile!

Cost to much

We did not get an email with ordering info. I wasted time calling Prestige photography as I didn't know who took the grad photos. My daughter had to ask friends about how to access the photos. You would probably have more sales if you did more to advertise how and where to purchase.
