It is very expensive for STUDENTS. 50-60 dollars for downloading 1 photo is a little too much in my opinion.
The quality of one of the 5x7 photos was very poor. It’s disappointing because it was going to be a gift for my mother. The wallet size photos look good but they are extremely difficult to cut with no line or separation between the photos. A replacement for the 5x7 would be appreciated. Don’t know how to fix the wallet photos. I haven’t been able to cut them well.

I just wanted to reach out about a problem I'm having with a PHD Graduation photo slate that I bought from you. I've attached a copy of the slate to this email so you can see what I mean. Basically, the photo is ruined because there's an image of a piece of tape at the bottom center of the frame.
I'm assuming this must be some kind of mistake that happened before the photo was scanned or projected onto the slate. As you can imagine, this photo is really important to me, so I was hoping we could find a way to fix it. Do you have any ideas on how we might be able to do that?
To be honest, what I would prefer is either a replacement photo slate or a full refund.
Please let me know your thoughts on what we can do to resolve this issue.

Paid $60 for 1 download that was low quality, what’s the point in having a high quality camera.
Quality prints and I liked the metallic in the color
The picture I ordered was printed on such cheap paper it was awful! I have never paid so much for so little! I cannot even display my sons graduation picture because it was so poorly printed.
The pictures were great however I will still need to order more.

Photograph of my daughter (that could not be cropped) was so off center. Professional photographer should have done a much better job.

The price is a bit spendy for a few photos. Photos look nice. But boy the price for what you get is not nice.
I called in regards to one of the photos I purchased being blurry and when I received it. The image was not blurry on the computer screen, but the printed copy was. The phone customer service representative told me she would see if the image could be reprinted in a better quality and if not, they would refund me my money but she would send me an email notifying me either way. I have yet to receive any communication from her and that was over seven days ago.
I purchased three digital images. Two were around 1.2M but the third was only about 600K. I’m not sure why the third one wasn’t as high of a resolution.
We did not get the items that we ordered, they said it was already shipped but we didn’t get anything
