The problem was the quality of the prints. They were very slick and shiny with an unnatural look that was cheap...like the type you get from a poor copier with poor paper. Looked like tenth generation printing. Wish I used Walmart or Walgreens. I was very disappointed.
I didn’t like the way my hair looked in my professional photos. My hair wasn’t out in front & who ever was with me told me to push my hair back. I’m unsatisfied with the way it turned out
My student’s photos look terrible. I ordered the retouching, assuming they’d look better than the proof, but the area around my student is overexposed, and there’s a gleam coming out of his mouth like an old toothpaste commercial. I cannot use them at all.
I’d like a new set of what I ordered, please, without the retouching.
I was really amazed at how well the pictures turned out. Thanks for providing the service.
The pictures taken at the graduation were very nice. They are a bit more expensive than I thought they would be. So I could only purchase a few single pictures.

I do appreciate the team for taking photos, but.........
I ordered several pictures. I received the 5 x 7 photo. I was disappointed because I put 2023 on the photo in black in the place I wanted it. That was good. What was not good was when I first tried to put 2023 in red and did not want it, it still appeared on my photo. I feel as if there should have been a preview to show that I put it there or if someone could have contacted me to ask if I wanted the picture that way because clearly, someone should have known that was ugly. I know someone could have contacted me to verify because I keep getting these emails about other stuff.
Also, I ordered my pictures on June 5th. I received one photo, and keep receiving emails about surveys. I would like to know or get updates on the remainder of my photos. I'm thinking about what happened to them. I thought I would have received them before now. I was getting one of the items for my son before he left for Korea last week. If I had known the photos were going to be this late, I would not have ordered all of them.
It would be nice to get an update on how long it takes the company to send the order at the time of ordering and after.

Easy and efficient
You need to set the camera up so you get the actual grad not the president and a little of the grad. Our picture is 10% our grad 90% the president. Worst graduation picture ever. Can’t edit it to help add more of our grad.
Pricing is outrageous for what you get.

Fake backgrounds, using text to send photos instead of email or mail.
I ordered and paid for the shiny finish with touch ups. I received Matt finish and no touch ups. I then received the correct finish but still no touch ups. This is a very important graduation for my family. Austin is the first in the family to graduate with a masters degree.
I get 3 semi decent pictures. The rest were awful. And oh yah $100.95 for 3 picture downloads yall robbing us more then the school.

These pictures were WAY overpriced for what they were. Not to mention uncentered!
The coloring is off. The gold tassel isn’t even colored gold. It looks like a bad copy.
I felt that with the amount of photos taken, a lot of group or individual photo possibilities were not met or provided. We took a lot of group photos at white tea and they weren’t even presented as a purchase option.

Too expensive for a digital copy of a photo. Would give 5 stars if it was at MOST $10...
