I thought the picture would be more centered in the frame more like a photo rather than a cover

Team didn’t notice/fix wardrobe issues despite having multiple people working by the green screen. Facial recognition didn’t find me in group photos, had to find via my friends tagged in them

The packages are either too big or not enough and very expensive. When trying to customize to get additional poses there aren’t any small packages for that. I would like to see a little more variety for the different packages.
The photo quality was awful. It was not at all as sharp as shown in the digital image you sent.

Continuing to send me emails regarding feedback requests is wasting my valuable work time. I ordered pictures and paid for them. That should have been the last correspondence from your organization. I feel that i need to start billing you for my time to respond to your unsolicited emails.

I've been waiting weeks for the pictures I ordered to arrive!
The posed photo with the diploma holder is VERY blurry.
The candid photo when receiving her diploma holder is unflattering/taken at the wrong moment.
The whole photo process was so quick that there wasn't any time for direction or fixing things. There was only one picture I felt was decent so I bought that for my family but the rest weren't great. The prices for prints are also wildly marked up. Like I know you have to make a profit but sheesh.

Beautiful photos, truly, but overpriced for the digital copy. Would happily pay $20. $30 would be high but it’s a special occasion. $50 just seemed ridiculous. Thanks.
I ordered 2 5X7 portraits, wallet size, and 2 magnets. I never received the magnets.

I paid for a retouch and everything is too shiny (primarily face), I was hoping for a recolor on the diploma because the picture was white instead of maroon.
Great photos and was happy to purchase them. Better digital packages would be great that includes downloads. Way overpriced for photos, but it is what it is.
