Customer service not easy to reach. Has taken too long to receive product. Today is week 4 waiting for magnets with no specific delivery date available. Only told that is usually takes 3-5 weeks. Seems like a long time to wait when CVS could have them ready in an hour.

The pictures were very nice quality. I thought the photographer did a very nice job trying to catch the handshake and exchange of diploma.

The prints were very expensive. The digital option which is how everyone uses pictures now were outrageous. I was very disappointed in the price.

I would have bought more pictures but could not justify the cost. I used the ones my family had taken.
