Took many attempts to get the isfuessbd errirs with my order resolved.
Price
The cost of the pictures for graduation was beyond ridiculous. $50 or more for ONE digital download is price gouging at its finest. I know photographers spend a lot on cameras and lenses, etc., but to have a markup like that for such a special occasion for new grads that are already financially strapped is not ok.
You're products were very good! I'm still waiting on the engraved plaque though.
Very simple process
The pictures were great! I ordered 4 of them!!
The quality was better than expected. I especially liked the candid shot of my son.

Quick turn around. I ordered pictures of my grandson online and received them a few days later. The magnet arrived a week or so after that. All items were excellent. I would buy from again. Thanks.
Good pics
I cropped pictures that I needed and received uncropped pics. It was also very hard to distinguish which packages were which( original, gloss, etc.) Some packages were decent, but I didn't have the opportunity to create my own package to fit my budget. To make things right I would like more pics of myself and magnets. I paid out a lot of money for 4 items.
The pictures have glare in the reflection/ glare off his glasses in both indoor pictures. This to me would not be a touch up, but an issue created by the camera. We will not use these 8x10's for display due to the issue.

It was easy to view our photos and place an order. The quality of the photos was great. They captured the happiness of our graduate.
1 print was not centered. All prints were not available for purchase at the same time

The problem we had was the envelope was folded in half. Even though it clearly stated on the envelope not to fall. We have not been able to straighten out the center of the photo. But the photo itself is beautiful.
Picture looked great
$60 for a digital download of ONE photo!? Absolutely ridiculous. We’re in $100k of debt from going to this school and we can’t even get a a free photo of one of our biggest accomplishments. Absolutely sick.
I. Didn’t got the order that I placed
I ordered 2 photographs and a magnet. One photograph was fine. One photograph I was blurred out and the focus was on another girl. I don’t think it looked like that when I ordered but I could be wrong. I never received the magnet.
The promptness and quality of my photo. I am however still waiting on mt magnets. Any idea how much longer?
I wanted to have my pictures on the frame but I clicked the wrong one and spent $200+for downloading pictures 😢
They camed as described and in a timely minor. I got exactly what I ordered and was pleased.
