Super expensive!
Beautiful photos, truly, but overpriced for the digital copy. Would happily pay $20. $30 would be high but it’s a special occasion. $50 just seemed ridiculous. Thanks.
I ordered 2 5X7 portraits, wallet size, and 2 magnets. I never received the magnets.

I paid for a retouch and everything is too shiny (primarily face), I was hoping for a recolor on the diploma because the picture was white instead of maroon.
Great photos and was happy to purchase them. Better digital packages would be great that includes downloads. Way overpriced for photos, but it is what it is.
I paid to remove the stray hair that was put in front of my face ive emailed twice and called twice. No responses. These are expensive pictures and I would like this situation to be fixed ASAP please.
I appreciated the willingness of The Grad Team to correct a flaw in a photo I purchased. Their Customer Service was very pleasant, and their response was timely.
I was able to navigate to my student’s photo within her graduating class of 400+ however I could not locate an option to add to Cart to make a purchase. I tried to access o phone and laptop. Both unsuccessful. One attempt was on a day where there was an option to get 15% off. I attempted to access. Again both unsuccessful. I forfeited the discount offering.

Very prompt. No mistakes. A wide variety of photos to choose from. Very reasonable prices.
My only complaint.....
If hoods, cords, etc. are visibly messed up and you notice, please tell the graduate to quickly fix it.

Better deals on photos
The photographers were not that accurate. One option they sent us to chose from had my daughter in the background, not the lead photo. Also, they did not do a good job of centering the photos when the did their poses in front of the "curtain".
Great pics! Easy process
You only took 2 poses. To change it up you cropped them to have a close up and the backgrounds were not anything overly impressive. Two were very similar in a dark grey, the better one had the American flag.
All individual pictures of my daughter were with her eyes closed!
Easy to order online and the plaque I received was beautiful. Quality was excellent.

Photographer refused to retake my photo without my glasses. I did not order because I didn't want my glasses on. The photo and quality for the price should have been less in price.
My order arrived in an envelope without any protection. No cardboard or plastic slip enclosure around the pictures to protect them in shipping. The envelope arrived damp and wet in spots. Pictures had to be laid out to dry. Very disappointed.
