I did not receive the correct photo I ordered.
The quality of the photos are worst, i paid 150$ for 6 photos which are not at all worth it.
And yes making business is good but just remember reduce some prices so that everyone will be able to purchase.
The lighting is awful, with a shine on the name of the University diploma held by the graduate. I know you have to work fast, but lighting can be corrected early at set up with test shots.
Very quick and excellent customer service
I was able to filter to just my daughter's photos without having to go through all the photos to find her. Great feature.

Your prices are ridiculous. $50 for a digital download??? The photos weren’t even that good! My phone takes better quality photos.

Bought the handshake pic bc it was only one but my grad was half cut off (it was way too zoomed in). If was better, would have gotten the file. Didn’t buy the tassel pic bc the tassel was in his face (wish it had been decent pic!)

Where is the electronic file of my daughter's graduation picture?
The photos are way over priced. Why take advantage of college students who you know would want to share this special occasion with friends and family?

Good photos but way overpriced.
The photos were shipped in a flimsy envelope usps. They photos were therefore all bent and warped when received. I did call the Grad Team and left a message which a return call was never made. After spending $290 on a photo package, you would think the packaging and shipping would be a top priority.
I made the photos work by setting them under a heavy book for a couple of days. I would not recommend the Grad Team and suggest DU find another company.
It was hard to see how good the pictures were and nothing to do with you but with all the money I’ve paid them I would think we could get one picture for free
