Two of the prints we received (71/135 and 72/135) have pink/purple streaks through my daughters blonde hair. The president of the university handing her diploma to her also looks like she has purple/pink hair rather than gray hair. These prints are expensive and it's disappointing the quality received is so poor. They will just be filed away in the envelope they were received in. A waste of money for sure.
Why is it so expensive, I get college is expensive but
I had to call the school multiple times to get the information needed to order proofs and then prints. I had only one proof to choose from and my son had the tassel right across his face. I had to pay an additional $25 to remove the tassel. The print I received looks like they most likely had another proof that was good. I mean, what kind of photographer wouldn't take multiple shots? So, $60 for 3 5x7prints?! Insane!!! The only choice I had though! Also, no individual portrait? Just the one shaking hands with the dean! Would have been nice to have a portrait of my son in his cap and gown with the LCCC background!!
I was asked to submit a photo for the graduation slide show, yet no photos were shown.
The pictures taken of me by the school’s photographer were mediocre and priced WAY too high for digital downloads! Lame!

The sublimated glass picture is actually really terrible quality. I wish I didn't waste my money on that. The prices are truly outrageous for these pictures.
The photo packages are very expensive for what was offered.
Easy to use. Fantastic pictures! Very close up!
Just wish the prices weren't so steep for the small amount of pictures purchased. I still bought them because it was so close up!
How fast the pictures came. The first package was bent and they sent a replacement and had it within 5 days.
Easy to purchase and nice quality.
They didn't give the grad time to fix their hair or do any make up refreshers. They rushed the grads thru, and all the pictures are fuzzy and blurry.
Quick service. Reasonable price
We enjoyed the quality of the photos however the package choices were not to our liking. We wanted to be able to purchase individual prints size 4x6 of the photos we liked, as well as a few 5x7 prints.
The pictures weren’t great and way too expensive. I took better pics with my phone.
They were poor quality pictures
Everything was fine, but would have liked an opportunity to order a package of different images instead of individuals.

Didn't receive order
Composition of several pictures was disappointing. All of the picture taken on the field while my daughter was getting her diploma had issues. Either one or both subjects was not looking at the camera. Also photography team did not take time to have her set down her phone and water bottle as I saw some of the others did. And several have a person in the background looking at the camera too. Unfortunately none of the diploma pictures are great. I was hoping for an edit to at least remove the odd person, was told I would need to call and see about paying for an extended edit, which seems odd as it was not my mistake.
There was multi photo opportunities
The photos were very expensive as a recent graduate and not all of them were available in a timely fashion.
Extremely expensive, low quality pictures that you can never reproduce. On realizing I needed another photo I learned that it can not be scanned due to low quality. Very disappointed.
