Photos were not sharp or focused on the face, but instead on Benny the Beaver!!! Very expensive. Photos were not taken at a good angle and seemed rushed. I was expecting a nice professional photo to frame, but these were not good at all. Very disappointing.
Paid for something I did not get....low quality digital copy. Never responded to email or contact us form.
The pictures weren’t as clear/crisp as I expected.
You would think as a back up, photographers would take a second picture or even check the picture really fast. My eyes were closed in my picture after I walked off the stage. On an important day that only happens once for some, an image meant to capture the moment is a dud.

The resolution of the photo and quality of the were not great. An inexpensive digital copy would have been a better offer. Prices were too high.

The picture itself was great. The cropping on the photo was very odd, and we had it redone. Then it had a 2023 stamped on it, so we had to re-order for a third time. The cropping done was different on my large photo than the smaller versions I ordered, even though they're the same picture.
