I would of liked to see a preview of the graduation plaque with the picture and the wording to make sure it is how I want it. I love the products I received but I would change how I placed the wording.
The photos of actually receiving the coat were worthless. I get that taking moving photos is hard, but there were two and you can't even tell what was happening. The one of him signing the Honors Pledge and the one standing still in front of the background are fine.
Good products, great organization great customer service
My photos were blurry on the proofs but then I got my photos and they were blurry after spending 100+ dollars. I reached out to customer service about it twice and never received a response. I’m incredibly frustrated by it
I loved my graduation photo in the beautiful plaque I ordered. It looks fabulous next to my framed diploma because the diploma alone does not show my excitement of the great achievement I worked so hard for. The framed plaque captured that pride.
Photos looked a little blurry when they came in the mail.
High quality photos, ease of ordering products offered and delivery was timely. Price was reasonable.

Very expensive
Ridiculous how much you charge for photos when they can be printed for just a few dollars. But you hold parents hostage because they want the memory of their child. Shame on you!

The price for the quality of a digital picture received was atrocious and the background fill cut was very sloppy

The photos themselves were fine, but they are so expensive. I got three printed copies only because I literally could not afford anymore. Now I cannot sent them to family or anything which is a huge bummer

Nice choices of backgrounds
My daughter’s hair was blowing in her face in the photo where she is receiving her diploma.
On thé day of graduation, took the photo in front of the green screen in the field house, and the picture was extremely blurry, could hardly see the face with how blurry it was, and was not worth the money
Good clear pictures
I ordered the image of my graduate holding her diploma. You cut that almost completely out of the picture when it was printed, but left plenty of blank space above her head.
I feel like I was ripped off. These pictures are not what I want to send to family. It was a complete waste of money.
I would appreciate it if you either reprint the photos correctly or refund my money. I am willing to pay to ship the first set back to you.
Good quality, came in a timely manner, was well packaged to protect the photos.
Pictures were way too expensive for the quality that they are. The download option should be that price for 10 pictures, not one.
You charge way too much money.
$150.00 may not mean much to you, it does matter to others who have been in school and have not or just started working.
My photos came damaged.
Paid for the touch up and the photo doesn't look like it was touched up at all. Stray hair still in the face. Either you can fix the photo or refund the extra $15 we paid for.
