Pictures look great. Such a special day. Nice to have a picture to remind me of that special occasion.
I was very disappointed with the quality of the photos. The pictures taken with my camera were much better than the professional ones. I regret spending so much money on the photographs. They were definitely not worth the price I paid.
Fast and clear
The two pictures I ordered are great.
The question i just answered is how likely I would tell other people to order, I suppose I would but for college, a parent doesn't really have a lot of contact with other parents in regards to photos. I would say it's more of a personal choice if an order is placed or not.
The background on the picture included seating that was empty, but still took away from the picture of such a HUGE day. But how could I not buy the photos since it was a HUGE event. The money I spent on pics and the options given did not seem equally balanced.

Products are way too expensive, and the quality (and delivery time) wasn't great.

Your prints were very expensive. I only bought them because they were better than the ones i had taken on my phone. The backgrounds were a bit odd on 2 of them. Would like more school focused backgrounds.
The prices of the photos were outrageous. I would have purchased more if they were more reasonable.
It was a tad overpriced
I was unhappy with the way my graduation pictures turned out; there was some strange discoloration on my sash. I reached out to customer support, the pictures were touched up, and resent. The replacement photos are excellent! Thanks for handling this keepsake of my once in a lifetime moment!

Bad photo editing....my child's face was chnaged..skin looks orange....
Shipping was extremely slow with no communication. I sent an inquiry which went entirely unanswered. And when my photos showed up they were in a flimsy damaged envelope with one piece of cardboard inside and nearly every photo has edge damage and bends. I expected better quality for the cost of this package.
Prices were a little high and the photo was blurry that I received. I liked the angle of the shots.
Overall picture quality was mediocre at best. I felt like if I had taken the picture with my own camera, the quality would have been better - especially for the price of the photo. Coloring appears to be more dramatic than necessary - almost too much vs the natural scene it was supposed to be. Not horrible, but not commensurate with the cost of the photo.

The packing of the pictures did not protect the photos from getting bent in transition. The product should be protected and not by saying "don't fold" on the envelope.
No random people in the background when taking the diploma photo. Have photographers turned differently.

We felt the reprint of the image we chose was undersaturated in color compared to what was shown offered online.
