Good quality
I was very disappointed on how dark the photo I received as well the quality of the tassel frame . I expected it to be as per advertised on the website. The price I paid did not match the quality of either products.. Lower your prices or improve in the quality of your products. Very, very disappointed with this service and many of my friends and family are too.
The pictures are good. Ordering was easy. Pictures and downloads came very quickly. It’s nice to have pictures from the graduation capturing those moments that we couldn’t have gotten otherwise.

I wanted to be able to order small pictures, like a 4x6. picture quality was great!
Many pictures are out of focus, something you won't know until after purchase.

The pictures were not very good and arrived bent. Perhaps a new set wouldl be nice.
It wasn’t a very flattering picture, with her hair and shadows on neck below chin. I am not sure a retouch would have taken care of it. I was quite disappointed. All the proofs were that way.

The picture seem personalize, and we’re clear and precise
The pictures were very blurry. I could not tell just how much because of the logo imprinted on the proofs. Perhaps it was just a poor quality that was sent to me that I used to print 5 x 7 prints for myself and the grandparents. I was extremely disappointed for the amount of money that I spent for digital copies that resulted in terrible prints.
Nice graduation pictures & choices of backgrounds.
I called several times & left message Re: I have twins & need help trying to mix pictures, but no one ever called me back. The other reason was I needed help Re: all one of my sons photos his tassel was hooked around his ear, but the options was to have tassel removed. So again that’s why I need help, but never rec’d a call back.
We loved the photos and paper they were printed on. They looked much better then the example prints online. I would like the option of ordering single smaller prints then 5x7.
