Prompt service after I ordered pictures out of state
My pictures were bent. I have received my disc. I am about to file a dispute.
Photos were very expensive for the quality. I was placed in front of a green screen, and a shoddy selection was done for my portrait, with green tinting on my hair from the background.
I wanted my photos retouched and stray hairs removed off my hunsband’s forehead and it looks like nothing was done to the photos in terms of retouching.
Very annoyed for the price we paid!

The pictures happen so fast, it’s hard to know where and when to look. Most of the pictures of me were very washed out. I was able to pull one good one out of the selection and it was the first one before heading to back stage. The rest were just the same image with different backgrounds applied to the green screen. Not worth paying very expensive prices for a digital image.
I could only order one of the two photos taken. The main photo that I wanted captured was missed and that was my son shaking the Dean's hand. So I had to settle for the still photo which was fine.

Very clear and vibrant colored prints! I liked the several different poses and backgrounds. I wished there was a sample selection allowed for all copies of the photos in a separate package.
