Extremely expensive, low quality pictures that you can never reproduce. On realizing I needed another photo I learned that it can not be scanned due to low quality. Very disappointed.

Images were too shiny and photographs were very expensive.
The quality of the photos and the order process was easy.
I recently placed an order for a metal keychain, but I'm facing a couple of issues with it. Firstly, the picture part doesn't stick properly to the keychain, and secondly, the picture itself has poor lighting, making me look excessively bright.
I tried to order the magnets in black and white filter, and they did not arrive in such a condition. They were in color and not what I had ordered.
Face recognition didn't correctly choose me on some of the photos.
Photos are crystal clean and bright!
Maybe this is my fault, but when I ordered graduation photographs for my daughter, I did not realize that the background would have Oregon State printed all over. I did see that when I ordered, but I thought it was there to protect your copyright and that the Oregon State words would be removed from the photograph. I do not want to give the photograph to anyone or frame it for myself.
The quality of the picture was worse than a picture I could print myself. It was fuzzy and the quality of the photo paper was subpar.
My order arrived in a timely manner and was intack.
It's expensive!!
Ridiculously overpriced. Graduation is a special day and college is expensive enough. Why not sell reasonably priced photos (inclusive pricing that allows folks of reasonable income to actually purchase)? Far more product would be sold and it can't possibly be THAT expensive to print (meaning profit intact -> likelihood of increased sales).
There is no morally justifiable reason to price gauge this badly.

They were very crisp pictures and captured a great smile from my daughter.
Hi we received our daughters pictures in the mail. Even though the envelope specifically Do not bend. The mail courier put our package in the mailbox and it was bent. I wish the packaging the company used to send pictures were in box form so that graduates pictures would not bend. Her pictures came out great but was disappointed and really upset when we received her pictures ruined by being bent.
The best quality and easy to choose
I received less than sub par photos and when I emailed in to ask about a correction- my email was not responded to.
