Very organized and fast to send proofs. Prints look great! Shipped fast. Awesome team. They were everywhere and captured all the moments and correctly distributed.
The photos are a beautiful quality but they do no match what I ordered online. I was sent 4 photos and magnets with the same full body pose when I ordered them to be cropped for my order. The preview photo page online presented a cropped version, but upon opening the package the print was full body. I would like to exchange the photos sent for the correct cropped image.
Pertaining to my first order, I did receive a damaged photo due to the transit envelope being ripped and this was swiftly replaced. I appreciate the quick delivery of the replacements and quality of the photos

The quality of the photos was poor. I recommend you show the photos as a proof and with the retouching. I felt like my money was wasted.
The photos were nice
Selection was bad, photo of receiving diploma was inferior, and three of them were all Photoshop with fake backgrounds. You could barely see your proof because GM the watermark was so overbearing. Very difficult to know what you’re buying.
What you can donor refund, my image is useless and will not be used. I gladly send it back.

I don't think you took enough pictures. Changing the background is not the option most people are looking for. Also, you have the "contract" with the University - which is a license to steal. The pictures are so OVER-PRICED it isn't even funny.
You had several shots but none of them good and centered. You can't make it right the moment is gone. We ended up hanging a picture that was snapped from the audience as opposed to your professional photographer. Very disappointed that Purdue contracted with you!
I bought pictures and havnt received them at all

The download link likely went to your spam folder, we seem to have an issue where all the "apple" emails (icloud.com, me.com and mac.com) get blocked. I love the photos that I received and It was worth to pay for them. Do you guys ever send a link? I would love to have more now that my economic situation is better.
