No communication about when items have been shipped and what should be included in the order. I had to email regarding missing items and still no response when the order will be shipped. I still have not received all pics in the order.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I ordered 2 prints (pearlized) which I thought would be a great quality. I was debating whether to buy digital package or get real quality 8X10's. Not to be disrespectful, but the pictures I received I could have had printed anywhere. I figured paying a little more will give me a great professional portrait.

On a positive note I think its great that you have so many schools on your website, that even when you do not order in the same year there is a look back for previous years. Please don't ever change that.

You only offered vertical photos. We would love to have a horizontal 5x7 or 4x6 as an option as well.

It was difficult to find my daughter’s photos because she was listed under the wrong name. Secondly, I realize you need to make money off your photos, but you prices for printed and electronic files are outrageous. I just wanted framable memories of my daughter’s graduation without spending hundreds of dollars. Your company should be ashamed.

One of my pictures was not attached to the film from where it got printed. These photos are expensive for them not to care how they print. I will not recommend this company.

My son graduated mechanical engineering from LSU-his pictured came back surgery the cap and gown that looks blue instead of purple-very poor quality and we spent over $100

The commencement letters and writing are white, small and blends in with picture which makes it hard to see.

The pictures that I received are grainy. Ordered 4 - 5 X 7 photos of the same picture and they are the best quality. But took many myself that day.

Some of my prints that I ordered are very blurry. I understand that I did not do the touch ups that I had to pay extra for but I was disappointed in the quality.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

It has taken many phone calls and emails to get this company to send me the correct pictures of my daughter. The original prints were sent without proper packaging so were damaged (bent corners) and the download was of the wrong pose. I received 2 subsequent downloads which were incorrect (one of the pose and both without the "glass glare" removal (something for which I paid extra)). The replacement prints had the glass glare so were not usable. Then, the company ignored my request to fix these issues and send me both the prints and the download with the glare removed, something I had paid for. It was not until I threatened to call my credit card company and dispute the charge that I received a response. They sent me the download last week and are telling me that I will get the right prints (right pose and glass glare removed) in 2-3 weeks. So, not only has this taken my time and effort, created stress but I still don't know that I will get what I ordered and paid a lot for as I await the prints. The other impact is that I have been unable to send announcements out since I did not have a usable download. This was not a cheap package and to have this lack of quality, multiple errors, lack of responsiveness, etc. is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone! I just hope that I will get the prints I ordered and paid for but it is ridiculous that this will take over 2 months because of their incompetence.

The photoshop for the background makes the hair look gray in some portions. Additionally the cap was cut off in the picture. Also the photos are ridiculously expensive.

They sent the wrong picture on my magnets. I talked to a person who is supposed to take care of fixing this error. Otherwise, I felt they did a great job!

I ordered pictures and a digital image. I got the pictures very promptly, but never received the digital image. I also did not receive a receipt for my order. When I ordered the pictures, I was never asked for my email address or to set up an account, which seemed odd. I had to send an email to customer service. The response was fast and my digital image was sent, but I never did get my receipt. I think you should improve the ordering system so that the customer sets up an account and these things don't happen.

I wish there was more picture poses on graduation day. I know time was limited but I feel like adding 2 more poses would have been ideal. The background of the picture with the President was a little dark. The backgrounds of the pictures on that green screen were not very well chosen. I would rather have a green screen of something on campus. There are numerous beautiful landscapes and buildings that could have been used for that purpose. Why not get the campus photographer involved with this task?
The announcements were ok, they were not engraved and looked a bit inexpensive. Some of them were received damaged and those were replaced immediately. Thank you for that.
The timeline of getting the grad cap and gown and returning it was very limiting. We wanted to take pictures off-campus and were hindered by rain.
The timeline for picking pictures and ordering them was too short. We were traveling after graduation and couldn’t get a good view on phone of the pictures. We would have appreciated a few more weeks.
