I have purchased photos for three children from preschool through graduate school. These were THE worst quality I have ever purchased. Why? ...because of the poor color quality and sharpness. I paid $15 extra for color correction. $50 for two 5X7 photos that went into the bottom drawer never to be looked at again. Our photos taken with phone cameras were sharper and with clearer color.
I'm not quite sure what I got for the extra $15 color correction.
The shipping charges were inflated, as well.

Better packages and pricing for digital images
I wish I didn't have to pay so much money to get the digital copies I wanted. It was A LOT after having to pay for everything else. I wanted the pictures so I paid, but it cost way too much

Your response time was great with proofs, products, and services.
I had cropped the picture. There were a set of legs right behind her of a seated graduate. Looks completely stupid. So pics were a waste.
The photos of my son had other people in them as my son wasn’t the center of the photo as he should’ve been. Picture print quality is good either. When charging $13 per 5x7 the quality should be impeccable.
All the pictures were the same with cheesy backgrounds. Also were not warned of green screen to dress accordingly.
For the amount of money I spent on prints, I expected high quality, sharp images. What I received was very pixelated prints, some photos not even in focus all the way. A real shame.
One of my prints looks a little blurry. Other than that, it was very quick turnaround.
I give you 8 because when I ordered a photo, I ordered a cup too and its not arrived yet. So, I really want to know what happened with my cup order. Thanks
They were very expensive!!!
My daughters photo had a triangle on her chin (assume lighting issue). I called to get a replacement photo and have not received it.
I was a little disappointed that there were packages available like those that are available for my kids pre-k through 11th grade. I feel that fir college graduation, I was looking for 8x10 or 5x7 options but the price for a single of this option was not conducive for me to purchase them for grandparents and uncles. I am happy with the two I purchased for our home though.

Quick and easy
I did email about a week ago, but no response. The magnets I ordered look washed out. I know it isn’t the true color, because the prints look fine. I would like replacements, and instructions how to do so.

Just dont know anyone who would need it
The technical aspect of these images are extremely poor. Syncing proper white balance across all of the photos is quick and easy, and to be expected considering the prestigious level of this event and the price point of these images. I expected much better quality and was also disappointed in the limited number of images that were available for purchase. The fact that your company took one studio image (where everyone was purple) and added eight different backgrounds was another missed opportunity; does anyone actually buy these photos? I would have purchased the original image had it not been purple. You had the perfect opportunity to sell images to the proud parents of these medical students at the white coat ceremony but you need to do a much better job of taking the time to provide a quality product. I will also add that my images arrived damaged, but on a positive note, my request for a replacement was promptly received, which I appreciated.
We ordered two photos. In one, our son is out of focus. In the other, he is overexposed. We expected more (and better quality) from professional photographers. The exposure should have been corrected before the photo was printed and sent.
I was disappointed with the picture quality. The quality of the pictures were not very good. I think JC Penneys could have done a better job.
